  • Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) MPs have disrupted Parliament during President Jacob Zuma’s response to the Nkandla saga.
Zuma was giving MPs feedback in Parliament on the Nkandla upgrades when EFF MPs started chanting: "Bring back the money."
The fracas followed a question by EFF leader Julius Malema to Zuma about when he was going to repay money wasted in security upgrades at his Nkandla home...owl.li/Azss0

Zuma disrespects the Public Protector. Malema is telling it like it is, but the way this Parliament is run is in favor of the ANC.

They have a valid point. Date and time of when he is going to pay back the money. Answer still outstanding!

"Disrupted" pfff. Sounds to me like they are raising a serious point (where is the money??) and Parliament is using bureaucratic methods to excuse themselves from having to give an answer.

I love Julius Malema, I may be white and dominantly Afrikaans, but he doesn't beat around the bush and clearly exposed the bias and contradictions in the parliament in this clip. EFF for the win.

Looks like the chair was more concerned with getting the EFF to EFF off rather than letting the president respond.

Since when do you chase members of Parliament out of the House just because they have taken up a debate around an important issue in a pasionate fashion? This smacks of bully tactics.
