But how about the idea like we as user will share our problems and you provide solutions? New playlists like 'DON'T FEAR CHANDOO IS HERE' or something like that.
H1 I did combined graph where you can see that custumers 2,4,8,10,11 call most but buy less; H2: I used graph again where you can see that representative 2 & 3 should use satifaction training program.

Thanks for letting me know. Due to a computer issue, I lost 13 seconds of audio (video was there) during the recording. We tried to cover it by adjusting the recording. The issue lasted for 2-3 minutes, but after that the video is in sync with audio.
There is a few seconds lag in the middle but it lasted no more than a minute and we were able to sync the audio up again. Happened due to a software glitch.
