I had the privilege of knowing your dad for many years and I am a better person for having known him. A true man of God that lived by example with never a bad thing to say about anyone. I will miss Ray very much. Prayers for your entire family as you gather to honor him.
Tim, as an old man who loves equipment and loves to work with my son, I can’t imagine a better way to go than to spend a day working with my son, sharing equipment and ideas, and then go meet Jesus the next week. Thanks so much for sharing this and sharing your faith with such respect and sensitivity. And even though we grieve the loss of a loved one, “we do not grieve as those who have no hope”. I’ll see him and you soon!
I couldn't help but shed a tear for your dad. He reminds me so much of my dad who is still alive at 93 years old. Every day I thank the good Lord that I still have him. And in contrast to your statement at the beginning of the video maybe you should mention Jesus more often. It's so important that we return our country to our Christian based values.
Tim - I'm so glad to hear that you had such a wonderful father and a father who knew Jesus as his personal savior. Celebrate his life, the acomplishments and impacts he made, and that he is at his eternal home.
Tim as a fellow farmer I give your father the thanks and the courage for farming He was the man the myth the legend of farming in illonis and I give my heart to you and your family
Tim, we said "Good bye" to my Dad almost 20 years ago. There's not a day that goes by where I don't think of the many, many years we spent together working our 6000 peach trees on the family farm. Glorious memories....special stories, incomparable lessons, and invaluable experiences. He too was a Man of God which he demonstrated daily.
Howdy Tim. Im truly sorry about the loss of your dad. We have a bit in common. I am a John Deere 2320 owner. I too lost my dad but shortly before i bought mine in 2016. The day he found out he was going to be a grandfather was the same day he found out he had cancer. He was with us another 8 years. I remember the day i was helping him up onto our case 580B. He was having trouble. That evening he fell getting out of the bathroom. The next morning i had to call 911 and get him to the hospital. He never returned home. He would have loved the equipment i have upgraded to after he passed. I can go on and on. The knowledge that passed with him was priceless. Even after he passed im still learning from him. Your videos of you and your dad was a constant reminder. I enjoyed reliving my own memories. My heart goes out to you guys. May God bless us all. Chin up brother.
I came back to this video it really hurts! I just lost my dad this week. Him and I worked in hay last month for what ended up being out last time together on tractors. I have helped him in hay fields for over 30 years but for what ever reason I did not take any pictures that day. Current time he would Cut and bale, I tedded and raked, then hauled in. really feeling it working back through where we worked last by myself. Thanks for what you do here Tim.
Sorry to hear that Jeff. It is definitely difficult. Allow yourself to mourn. It is ok! You don’t have to be ‘strong’. After all of the services are over and some time passes, it gets better, then out of nowhere, it comes back. I just kept reminding myself that Heaven is a much more comfortable place for Dad than here!
Tim and family, I'm so so sad for the loss, this hit home for me. We've never met, yet you're a big part in my adventure to work my 9 acres, so see yourself as my coach!! Remember, your dad is with the lord now, but the memories you have of him are eternal!!! Man I'm so so sad and am fighting them frog in my throats and watery eyes!! Keep rocking, you're a true inspiration to many of us, for me, that's for sure!! Tim, rest assure if someone is "offended' because we openly speak about our lord and savior, than rest assure, this individual is on the wrong channel. I'm proud that it is my right to talk about the lord as freely as I can. I lived in countries in which it is forbidden by law, very awful to exist.
What a blessing that you have these moments and so many others recorded. Prayers for your family. May you will celebrate his life with smiles, laughter and many happy tears.
Tim dad to hear that you Dad has passed😣😔these memories of you and your brother's and your Dad together doing projects that is special. Words can not express how I feel. With the Lord as a guide savior. Your family has a lot to be thankful for. This pandemic is in a way keeping my father and I from doing projects. My oldest son works at a rest home for the elderly. The numbers are high that have been positive for the covid 19. He gets checked on a regular basis. Now some of his Co workers have been positive. With my Mom in the final stages of dimentia. These times are hard. Do not want to go to see them and than they get sick. I have a negative test so far. But that can change. Your father was so good at showing you how things worked and worked hard for his family. As I have said before Family comes first. My thoughts and prayers to all of your family. He walks with God. God Bless
I am not sure how old your father was well over eighty for sure He lived the American dream with the gusto that we all should put on life, its hard to be sad when you see how connected two people are and one has to go to a higher place for total peace and quiet with the lord all mighty. You two had a privilege of loving each other and total understanding of life and how it should play out over the years. I have watched your Dad many times and he was awesome as one person could be for all the right reasons total pleasure to watch him pass through life with a big smile on his face knowing he pushed all the right buttons right up to the very end. God bless your Dad and your whole family and thank you for this blessid video i will keep this as a reminder of what life should be to the bitter end.
I’m so happy that you got to spend such special quality time with your dad. As I said before, my favorite videos are those with you and him. My condolences to the entire family. My heart aches for you all. What a wonderful life to celebrate. *Keep on tractoring and God bless*
I lost my father, a little over 10 years ago. My dad and I planted a grove of trees, as our “last” project, I think of him daily! Best wishes to you and your family!
Tim you are truly blessed to have had a great man for your family to model after. I feel your sorrow as well as your joy as we all at some time have or will go thru the same path in our lives. I for one enjoy your channel for the man that you are and the faith that you have in Jesus, to bring you all that you need in this life. May God bless you at this time and my heart goes out to you and your family.
Sending prayers Tim! Your father was a great man! I know how you feel, my dad passed in 1978 and my mom passed just last month. Blessings to your family Tim.
Prayers for your family, Tim. May the Peace that passes all understanding be with you. Thanks for sharing your family and your faith with all of us. - Isaac and Spencer Bruton
My heart hurts for your loss. During this time of sadness for your family, I pray for an overwhelming sense of peace, comfort and yes, even joy of knowing that your Dad is with our Savior and Creator. You have been blessed to have such a Dad. Be encouraged and know that you are not alone.
Non-believers can't understand how Christans can talk about sorrow and joy (in the same breath), when a loved-one passes into eternity. Because your dad knew Christ as Savior, you know the reality of loss and simultaneous joy. My heartfelt condolences to you and your family.
“ And on the 8th day, God looked down on his planned paradise and said, "I need a caretaker. So God made a farmer.” They definitely broke the mold when they made men like your father
But Bloomberg said farming is easy you just stick a seed in the ground and it grows. And idiots would vote for him. Moisture, fertility, pests, weeds, equipment, herbicides, markets, farmers have hundreds of things to consider and balance. Farming is tougher than anything Mikey ever did.
The loss is ours on earth, he has moved on to better places. I’m sorry for the missing part of your family now. Keep your faith, know you will meet again. From a family you don’t know, we pray y’all love and value the time you have.
Sorry to hear about your father's passing Tim. But what a blessing to know where your father is and Tim please dont ever be sorry about preaching. My friend our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is who we all need to be talking about. Big part of me subscribing to you is because of the bible verses you include. I'm praying for you and your family
Tim , i am so Sorry to hear of your dads passing , I always enjoyed watching you to work together , You and i are about the same age , I lost my dad to early about 17 years ago , So i know what you must be feeling. I like the fact he lived to the fullest , and was out there with you , Doing what he loved . Right to the end.
So sorry to hear about your Dad - you did and still do have Dad Priveledge. He seemed to be a special and loving Dad. I watched the last video you had with him the other day and prayed that you would have many more projects together with him. However, we do not know the time nor the hour so we should always remember to cherish the time we do have together with our loved ones. We’re sending up prayers for you and your family!
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your Dad. He seemed like such a great Man in every video I saw of him on your channel. When someone dies who is a child of God you can have comfort of knowing they are in a better place and that you too one day can join them again. He showed he was a Godly man just by seeing his actions and demeanor on these videos. Working together as father and son is a special thing. I have bonded with my dad and now my children more through doing projects then any other way. I will pray for your family!
there is no bond like a father and son. I love doing projects with dad and cherish every moment. Thanks for sharing your faith and family with us. God Bless.
I’m sad to here that your dad passed Tim every moment you get with your parents when you’ve grown up and have kids of your own are even more precious some times you can catch them out of corner of your eye just watching you quietly I believe they’re just enjoying the creation they helped bring hear we enjoy those memories with them but I believe they enjoy them a little bit more may GOD bless and keep you all in his love thank you for sharing I got to spend moments of thought about my father while watching. Thank you for that
My thoughts and prays go out to you an all your family members at this time . I Know what it feel like to lose a dad as great as yours was. You will remember him for years to come . Now it is time to teach the next generation what he instilled into you an life will go on . 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦❤❤❤❤
Breaks my heart to see this generation of people pass on. I'm 60 now and the younger crowd just don't have the stuff the older crowd had. So sorry for your loss.
I had much written trying to express my admiration and feelings to the Marks family. A system failure wiped it away. I will address them again, especially Katriel and thoseof her generation. She is the only name of that generation I know, and the only voice of it I have heard. Mr. Marks was an inspiring man of great faith. In this sad time can only try to follow his example. Katriel and kin, having both grandparents and parents of such quality is a blessing I can see but cannot put into words. You have the chance to follow Mr Marks, in both living well and passing on your faith and example to brighten the future. I did not have honor of knowing Mr Marks, but I have the honor and pleasure of knowing some of those he touched and shaped. This is no small blessing and comfort in itself, to me. I draw from my own battered past and faith in this. It is a time to both remember the Man, his Faith and His example. Also you may honor him by moving forward, with his memory and faith as your guide. The gentleman has passed his work to you all, along with his faith. With the Lord's help you may continue as he would have. I have neither His strong Faith nor strong family, so my work is crude and a shadow of its inspiration I hope you find in in your family and faith the comfort needed to endure his passing. In Faith, He has gone to the Lord's Light. Those left behind must remember his light, in their own deeply shadowed times. My heart goes out to all of you. May God Bless, Protect, and Comfort you all.
First off, my prays go you to you and yours. Second, as the pain goes away and the memories remain, your love will grow more for the man that taught to be a man.
Tim, You were lucky to have a very special Dad. His memorial is his family, children, grand children, and their children. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Celebrate his life more than morn his passing. He will always be with you. May the peace of the LORD be with you all.
That's funny you should say that. I thought it was just me. I respected him and wanted to show it even while watching him in video. He was one of those wise men that I would automatically say "yes sir" and "no sir" to.
I did exactly that as well! I was waiting and hoping we would hear from him in this video. Seemed like a fantastic person, just as expected. Never met him, but I miss him.
Sorry your father died, however, he is now in the presence of the King of Kings and he wouldn't have it any other way. Remember the legacy he leaves. Praying for your family!
Oh man, I'm sorry to hear this news. I've been there and done that myself. Will be so happy when the day comes where there's no more death. It's truly been mankind's worst enemy. Ide rather be the one to die next, rather than those around me.
Tim, Joan and I send our condolences for your family's loss. While I am only a recent subscriber to your channel and a new 1025R owner as a result, I have tremendously enjoyed the videos where you were working with your dad and other family members. Those videos brought back many fond memories of my youth working alongside my dad, grandfather and a flock of cousins on my grandfather's farm in Maine. To this day, I'm convinced he was farming rocks instead of potatoes and corn. My dad passed on on my birthday about four years ago and I remember our last project as he came up from FL help me build my wood-shop here in NC. A friend loaned us front end loaders, backhoes, a bobcat and a tractor with a box blade and even sent a small bulldozer and an operator to prepare the land and then shape the grounds after the building was up. I had never run any of that equipment but my father knew them all and jumped in to show me the way. Thank you for sharing your lives with us and refreshing our own memories. Respectfully, John in NC
Oh😥😥, he had the same birthday as me (mine is August 19th, 06)!!! I am very sorry to hear you dad passed away. I cant imagine how rough it has been. I do hope you guys make a good mental recovery and I am sure he is watching every TTWT episode
I was heartbroken when I heard your intro. I always loved seeing your father in episodes. Seems like he really enjoyed being part of your videos as well.
My dad was a farmer, spent allot of time on projects like you and your dad. Prayers for your entire family as you gather to honor him. Ray is in and better place with the promise of you being with him for eternity. 71
i am so sorry to hear about the passing of your father, tim. He was a great man in your videos, and i was astonished by how long he worked for even at older ages of life. If there is anything that me or my family could do to help, please let me know. We will make sure to keep you in our prayers and in our hearts. . Best of wishes to you tim. jesus & God are always with you, your dad, and your family
Tim, my heartfelt condolences. My Dad has been gone 6 years. Like your Dad, mine taught me all I needed to be a good man, husband and father. May God be your support in this time of grief. Blessings on your families.
I had the privilege of knowing your dad for many years and I am a better person for having known him. A true man of God that lived by example with never a bad thing to say about anyone. I will miss Ray very much. Prayers for your entire family as you gather to honor him.

I’m sorry for ur loss it’s so sad to hear he has been layer to rest but he is in a much better place in the arms of god in heaven
So sorry for your loss Tim, your father seemed like a great man.
You know Tim, when your dad was on, I sat up a little straighter, I leaned in a little closer, I was drawn to him, that musta been the Jesus in him.
My condolences. So happy he knew where he was going in the next life. Many Blessings.
Sorry your father died, however, he is now in the presence of the King of Kings and he wouldn't have it any other way. Remember the legacy he leaves. Praying for your family!
My deepest sympathies, in the grief and loss of your dear dad's passing
Tim with family.
Oh man, I'm sorry to hear this news. I've been there and done that myself. Will be so happy when the day comes where there's no more death. It's truly been mankind's worst enemy. Ide rather be the one to die next, rather than those around me.
Sorry to hear your Dad was loving man a great father .
Tim so sorry to hear about your dad. He always seemed to be in a good mood and smiling every time he was on tractor time.
Tim,
Joan and I send our condolences for your family's loss.
Respectfully,
John in NC
