Hi Mona, thank you very much for this wonderful video. The restaurant where you had dinner looks amazing. Do you think that gaijin travellers who love Japan, but dont speak any Japanese, would also be welcomed here ? We will be in Japan again next March, and I would love to have dinner there. But only if its suitable.
I BURN CANDLES AND INCENSE STCKS AND CONES IN MY HOME.ALTHOUGH NOTHING TAKES AWAY THE SADNESS I FEEL IN MY MIND AND HEART FROM LOSING MY WIFE IN 2013 I FIND WATCHING JAPAN SOOTHING AND RELAXING MONA.
Hi Mona! I lived in the Chofu area for nearly a decade, close to Nogawa River. I went to Jindai-ji (and Jindai-ji Shokubutsu-en) many times, as it only took about 20 minutes to walk there from my house. Chofu was an excellent place to live - all of the amenities of life in the city, but less noise, fewer people, and cleaner air. Since all express trains on the Keio line stop at Chofu station, access to Shinjuku and Shibuya (as well as Kichijoji and Shimokitazawa) is quite convenient. Judging from your other videos, you may also enjoy Sanko-in in Musashi-Koganei. It is a Buddhist temple that serves sho-jin ryouri (reservation required). Excellent vegan food, and a very calm, soothing atmosphere. Thank you for your lovely video - it brought back fond memories!
Thank you for watching! I too fell in love with Chofu on this trip. You lived in a wonderful place. I did some research on Sanko-in! I'm very interested. Thanks for letting me know 😆
It’s amazing how such a peaceful and beautiful countryside is just a short journey from the bustling heart of Tokyo. The serene landscapes, charming villages, and the unique blend of tradition and modernity are captured so perfectly. Watching this feels like taking a calm, refreshing breath of fresh air. Thank you for sharing such a magical glimpse into this hidden gem-it’s now on my must-visit list for Japan! 🇯🇵🌸💖
Thank you for your videos. It will be my 2nd time in Japan next February (Osaka then Tokyo, I'm seeing Luna Sea on the 23rd) Last time I had bad anxiety with crowds and couldn't visit many places. But I'll try harder and experience such wonderful places!!
Hey! love your videos! My partner and i are visiting japan and tokyo in january, and i have been using your videos as inspiration. A question from me, would many of the shops around jindaji also be open in mid January? Would it still make sense to see these shrines in the winter time? In advance thank you!
I have watched so many vlogs of Japan and thought I had seen the best of what there is to offer however your clever editing made me want to be there. You have managed to cover a lot in just 12m 27s and I am so happy this came up in my feed and I have subscribed and look forward to checking out your other content. As RUclips is so awash with Japanese content at the moment this was a pleasant surprise. ☺
Thank you for showing us these peaceful, beautiful places near Tokyo . Makes me want to go visit these places that many foreigner tourists do not go because it’s not known.
Ignore this comment as this is a personal msg for someone And whatever business, house, money or anything that you have here on earth, you'll still have them in the new world.
Thank you for watching!

❤❤❤ I will go in November 2024 Thailand
Will you travel to Japan or Thailand in November 2024 ? I love both countries for different reasons. But both for the fantastic food.
京都とか、奈良とか、渋谷とか、そういう人気の観光地でなくて、東京近辺に居るのなら、深大寺あたりで、ゆっくりするのも良いかもね。より日本を感じられるんじゃないかな。
