@@That_One_MF_0 A V3 costs 100 credits less than a Rhino Tank. 20 Rhinos are exponentially more effective at their jobs. When you compare the V3 to their counterparts (Prism Tank and Magnetron), it's just abysmal at its intended role.

@REMagnum500 not to mention their ability to simultaneously build multiple structures early in the game, a navy arguably equal to the Empire's, and pretty terrifying aircraft. As well their specialized defenses are more efficient than their jack of all trades counterparts.
You know...apocalypse tank, while it has less range, shoots two 180 MM HEAT cannons and they have 12 layers of armor. Siege tanks in siege mode have one 180 mm cannons in sc2. And all in all their armor ain't strong. One shot from the Apocalypse tank will pwn it.

The Apocalypse tank's lines make it sound like robots are driving them, robots with cool evil russian accents, and the hammer tanks puns do not amuse me "destroys all the hammer tanks."
@REMagnum500 Yeah, Migs do have less armour but if you put 2 migs against a Kirov, it will be downed in roughly 10 seconds, 2 Apollos would run out of ammo over the span of 30 seconds and the Kirov will survive, not something you want to see happen when it's just outside your base. Although, the Soviet Navy is comparable to the Empires' (the allies on the other hand are just pathetic on the seas) and thier aircraft can be pretty useful. I find the soviets are a bit better rounded.
Its interestong that Big tank = Badass voiced commander. The most skilled tank commanders may be even high pitch midgets, but in CnC. every Mammoth/Apocalypse tank sounds sooo badass=D

@zoidySVK not sure if i can agree about the allied army- all their units on the ground r somehow lazy, and commanders don't help me much either. i'm for some reason confusing buildings. that doesn't happen when i play as the soviet. yea, about the defense: few kirovs will do the work followed by a couple of apocalypse and protected by bullfrog against air strikes. soviets have easily the best top secret protocols like- ultra magnetic satellite and orbital downpour...
