I live in Canada, in a fairly big city (probably half a million people or so in the area) and it's currently -15 degrees celsius out where I live (or like 5 degrees fahrenheit) and tonight, literally just 15 minutes ago (it's currently 4:40am - my sleep schedule is fucked lol) I was outside smoking a joint when I saw what I thought was a stray dog across the street. I walked towards it in case it needed help and it took off fast - when it went through the light, imagine my surprise when it turned out to be a goddamn wild boar running down my street! Cody tried to warn us - I thought I was safe up here in Canada. I was not.

As someone who grew up in a European forest area: These episodes are really funny, but make no mistake, boars are by far the most dangerous animals in our woods. You better start climbing that tree if you encounter one, especially if it is a mother with those cute looking babies.
I'm Swedish. I agree, I'd rather meet a bear, wolf, lynx, elk etc that a boar.
Holly hell YES. I'm Polish, when I was a toddler on a road trip with my mom, we saw a lot of cars parked on both sides of the forest road, so we stopped to check what's up. Well, what was up was a group of boar babies that people were watching, filming and even posing to pictures with. When my mim realized what's up, she basically dragged me back to the car, locked it and said, we can't be any closer than the other side of the road, otherwise we'll ge fucked when mama boar comes back.
And sure enough, she came back and people were running for their lives, chased by a wild tusk-bearing stab machine. Nobody got hurt as far as I remember, but damn was it scary.
Here in Europe, you learn early to fear the boar - or you don't get to grow old.

As a lifetime resident of Hawaii, I can confirm that we were early to fall to the boar-pocalypse. Although some of our island chain have not completely succumbed I fear it's really only a matter of time before we are all firmly under their hooves. Listen to Cody, take the boar threat seriously, take what's happened to our beautiful islands as a terrible warning, and someday, perhaps, avenge us.

This goes out to the advertisers who give Cody and Katy money to read the ads. If there is a skip option or on RUclips, a simple fast forward option, I typically take it. But I never do when I watch/listen to Some More News. Their ability to create little stories and characters and jokes, while hitting the important beats in a genuine way, is really fun and seems to be a good usage of your money. I've never heard them mail-in an ad copy, and that's really cool.
