this gated community has a shared swimming pool co-working space even a spot to barbecue.....
again can you imagine getting a villa with a kit hdn a pool and a sheltered terrace for only $550.....

For the price, it's a great place. I don't think the small bedroom is a big deal, if you have a lady over - everywhere can be the bedroom😅 -
I moved to Pattaya a month ago. 200USD(7000B) per month for a 50sqM condo with an infinity pool, gym and private beach. Yes, the beach is crap, but watching the sun set on the ocean every evening is priceless.

I had a Condo at the Cetus in Jomtien over a year ago and it’s has Great Sunsets and better Beach and more laid back than Pattaya. Quieter also and only 10 minutes to town… Enjoy Man! 🥃🍺

Very nice.. Have a friend that Played on the ATP tennis tour like 10-15 years ago. He told me that Thailand was the hottest, most humid place he ever had to play....And we live in Florida!!!
It certainly can be hot and humid here but I've experienced worse in other countries like Cambodia and Malaysia.....
It is definitely one of the trade-offs and one of the compromises that you have to be willing to accept living in this part of the world....
Trust me hot and humid is much better than cold and freezing any day

Other spot would be ideal for a couple and then I'm going to show one next week in the same compound only it's a two bedroom for the same price!
And again Matt you can get that for that price year round as long as you sign a contract during low season or rainy season so make sense to come now get your deal while you can and live your best life possible brother

I certainly think it's close to perfect again it's in a gated community you've got the pool and the crazy part is most of the people that live here they all go down to the beach so you can have the pool to yourself pretty much all of the time same with the covered entertainment / coworking space....
I'm going to really like about it is it's so quiet there's hardly any sound at all you don't hear your neighbors...

Re your remarks about the pollution in Phuket, today it's 107!
Not particularly too healthy.
The entire country is forever plagued by unhealthily air.
I've been there, lived there & I cannot accept the high AQI numbers.
Again even at 107,,,, still not too hot for this Canuck!!!!!

I myself have never had a problem with the air down here on Phuket or in Southern Thailand period and I've never actually heard of anyone else having troubles with the air down here...
