This is such a good helpful video. I don't know why but I've never been really interested in KENT but after this vid, even I've been convinced to do a bit of exploring. Someone i know who lives in KENT gave me areas to avoid in KENT, but i cannot even remember them, so again your vid is helpful
I'm looking to buy a 3 bed property sometime in the first half of next year around this budget in Kent, possibly somewhere in Maidstone, but is crime rate the only reason you say it's not desirable or are there other reasons? and yes, Thanks so much for this vide. very informational!
To be honest I haven’t done as much research on the places at the end of the video. That’s why I just mentioned them for you to research as they are affordable too. Make sure you visit the area multiple times beforehand. As everyone’s preference is different 🥰
