We need different runway locations to spawn it so it forces things to be spread out and cause less of the “fly straight from the runway till your in a fur ball” mindset set if we had multiple runways like in sim to spawn off of it just makes engagements better instead of having to face 13 people all at once.

i think a mechanic that would be cool to add in sim would be something like a buton to ask for an escort, for exemple you press the button and people will be able to join your squad directly in game, but the most interesting thing behind it would be that if your a fighter escorting a bomber, you would actually gain RP and SL by escorting and you would get a bonus by killing enemies fighter that attacked the bomber your escorted, you would also gain some RP and SL when your bomber destroy a ground target or a base, it would renforce teamplay, and you would actually have an interesse in protecting bombers, that could also be less suffering for bombers player, especialy high tiers one's

Sim player here, i think it would be cool to have ai call outs over the radio, like a warning that your units are under attack. bases that are lost could effect resources, like repair times and such giving a reason for defending your bases. ai gunners shooting more but less accurately, like they are trying to predict not predicting. if they had a recon plane it would need to be a larger map. and with small maps high altitude is untouched or a death sentence, being spotted from the enemy bases on take off is unrealistic for top tier. one of the main uses for high altitude was for efficiency when traveling. i fell like sim is rb with harder controls rb is arcade, arcade is something ells. i dont want a easy game because it gets boring. im not sure if these ideas are good, i just want a dynamic fun and realist sim experience. imagine a warthunder game mode like planetside, large map tons of players working together, tanks planes and ships doing their part, battles lasting days, you can come and go when you please.
@martinmasse2833 that's kinda the point. You need MORE then a mouse, you need to understand alot to really play sim. I honestly suggest figuring it out with a jet in a test flight because proper planes will yaw, mainly if they don't have engines spinning prop in opposite directions to counter act the force that gets created by a single propeller
@@Stardust_the_F-104C I agree, hotas and rudder is the way, i started out playing sim all the way through the american tech tree. it gets to a point where it becomes supper repetitive. and for jets ill chase somone running away at mach speeds for a couple minutes, and ill find myself getting shot down by the base aa.
@@martinmasse2833 practice, or hotas, being real i never tried mouse control, i had a cheaper hotas and upgraded later, and if you are flying jets not props look for SAS mode, it adds dampening. also there are some good youtubers that have videos going over mouse controls, then i recommend watching videos about energy retention and some basic maneuvers like the split s and the high yoyo.

Not with just missile,but with cannons as well. It takes time to practice on a platform. I remember having a blast with mouse&keyboard after i got my settings in place. Now i use an xbox controller. And have no problem at all. If i would change to HOTAS by tomorrow my stats would be bad as hell. Its all about practice. Not to mention HOTAS doesn't gives you skill instantly,but only offers a better control compared to mouse and keyboard or controller. Now with an xbox controller its much better i'm not gonna lie,but even tho i used M&K i had spent some hours in custom battles with a WW2 era plane (Fw190-D13,F4U-4B etc).
They should make sub modes. Realistic - quick match (full lobby) Realistic - domination ( big map) - kinda like have it now. Realistic - 5v5 where you have objects like dcs. 2 or 3 players are support for air Def. And the rest of the team go ground pound for the win.
Then with awacs, haveing limits to certain distance and altitude. So the vehicles who go ground attack, aren't seen as well. Spread out the basses in random spots And of course the air support are detected. And have something like briefings before take off.

We need more battle missions, like defend the carrier group, team 1 defends team 2 atacks. Another idea is, desert storm type of thing, like attack the sam sites (they could add anti radiation misiles) or etc etc etc. I think this game could be a lot better if gaijin sets its resources on improving the match/battle missions instead of adding new and modern planes.

I agree, we badly need more to do instead of the same death match in one spot, give us tasks, objectives, bonus objectives, a living battlefield of AI & player units that let each aircraft shine. I would like to add one additional mode to your list, a one vs one duel like with what you see on Growling Sidewinder's channel, gives us pilots a chance to truly test our metal against an adversary. There is so much that could be done. ( I had once suggested a massive combined map that also had RB/Sim Ground battles taking place at the same time, on top of all the AI targets and objectives for us to sandbox in, this way the air support would be far more dynamic but not a guarantee ( or a constant harassment ) I really hope they just do something !!! ive played for years but am so burnt out
We need spawn points, like ground rb. We have several vehicles per br and we only use one. Even more so now with the Fox 3 missiles the matches will end very quickly. Bombing planes disrupt the game because they have the only life when they die or return to base to rearm, leaving the team completely missing. At least with spawn points we have more opportunities to play within the game with different roles without disturbing the team, with interceptors, bombers and fighters themselves. This range of options may increase in the near future with aircraft focused on electronic warfare, radar aircraft and air refueling mechanics.
more objectives would be nice and all but I'm sick of how alone in the current iteration at low AND top tier even with just regular bases you spend 10 minutes looking for that one or two guys that are jus flying around the entire map and back
They would believe me. Problem with EC once its starts and everything seems okay for about 15-20 minutes. Then good players starts rising up and those who just joins the match after some time will just leave instantly without spawning a plane. Its not even a skill or mode issue (SB),but a lot of players don't care once the things are settled. An RB mode,but with more airfield,larger maps,and even maybe a spawn point system with line-ups would solve the problem and wouldn't make more in the same time. Also if you don't have planes lets say you got one premium F20,but you don't have a plane in tier 7-8 then that player would be able to spawn the same plane multiple times
Would be a bad idea. EC has serious problems too. One of them is once good players gets their stats up and high the new ones who joined will leave without even spawning. I say RB needs a mode in the middle of the current system and SB. So its like ground RB with spawn points and line-ups. And those who got a premium plane lets say F20,but not a TT plane in Tier7&8 would be able to spawn 3 times

Ok how the F--K is playing passively a problem? I know your probably talking about PvE only types, like trait up complete runners, i will be honest i have been like that before. In my personal opinion we kinda need a helicopter-PvE like mode for aircraft and tanks. I would actually make it funner for those who just prefer PvE. Sometimes i don't want PvP because it can be extremely frustrating but at the same time i still wanna play war thunder. But it's hard to get a good amount RP and SL because of arcade assault matches are honestly just plain terrible for ANYTHING

How about ECM jammers, be them built in or in pods? That will make the battles more challenging and will be the best thing to counter fox-3 missiles.

Ec is an ass mode and proves that a large map won't make players go for objectives. We need more objectives with better rewards.
