Discovery cove should notify the public of the currently shut down aviary which was one of my favorite places. So disappointed this was shut down when I went on Sunday. Also, there’s no sting ray pool anymore. Another disappointment. The noodles for the lazy river were broken up or you couldn’t find one. I still enjoyed it but comparing to other visits, it wasn’t the same.
when did aviary shut down? i’m going may 16 and i’m hoping to see all the birds lol, do you think it could be open by then?

@@undercovertourist make that 11 days, with now is in 2 days. Had to reschedule. Regarding your question, I'm not sure. Perhaps just attempting to shut my brain off and being carefree while laying / floating around. That'd be amazing.
The day pass includes the interaction with otters? I want to take my husband here because he loves otters.

My daughter is 5 years old and understand that she is not eligible for dolphin swim. But is it possible to see dolphin in distance?
Yes I went a year or two ago and my dolphin swim was canceled but you can still see the dolphins from the sand you just cant go in the water past your ankles

My family is going her for vacation in October
me and my parents and my step brother and his GF will be heading to florida as well. in about 2 weeks we are leaving cant wait. discovery cove, parasailing, universal studios for star wars and halloween horror nights. cant wait gonna be fun
