- "Glee" star Lea Michelle was totally thrilled when director Garry Marshall asked her to be in his star-studded holiday film, "New Year's Eve." Michelle is not only stuck in an elevator with Ashton Kutcher for most of the film, but she gets to do what she does best - show off her amazing vocal abilities.
Bonnie Laufer from Tribute spoke with Lea in Los Angeles about working on the film, the success of "Glee" and who she would love to team up with to sing a duet.

after all these years, still my favorite Lea interview, I think it’s because the interviewer was a pro and so sweet and just amazing and brought out the best in Lea!!! Lea was such a sweetie pie, I miss this Lea. She’s married now and everything but even still she was never THIS happy again.
The interviewer and Lea fangirling over Barbra is so funny to watch :D
So do I because her smile was just so beautiful and really lit up her whole face and eyes. I love Lea in this too but then she was also doing Glee at the same time and Monchele was close to the surface

When the right people, who are interested in their interviewee, interview celebrities the final product is always going to be interesting. THIS is the perfect example of that - the interviewer is clearly a fan of Lea's and can relate to her love and passion for Broadway and music. It also doesn't hurt that she is a fellow Canadian :)

Well honestly if Glee was something for "our generation", they shouldn't have let Lea's character have sex at that age. What happened to waiting for the age of 25? And honestly the moment Rachel suggested sex, that character destroyed the image that says that not everyone has to have sex at the moment. Nonetheless, I LOVE LEA MICHELE & the glee cast. Sometimes I just wish for Ryan Murphy to consider some things.
