The author's name is Reshad Feild. I can recommend getting your hands on a copy and seeing what in it strikes you that you can apply in your life. Never mind that just take what you need and don't be put off by the language that the essence of the words is couched in). He has to use a framework of words but also he has put the distilled essence of a lived life into his words. So don't be put off by the language he uses. You can extract the essence that may be there for you. He speaks from the heart and with common words, not technical words. I'll leave you with a joke: Two snowmen are standing out in a snowfield. One says to the other "Do you smell carrots".
