Awesome video chaps, cramps from swimming can be due to low magnesium because it's a muscle relaxant that also is used by nerves to signal body movements. about 40% of people have lower magnesium than the RDA.
I so wanna get my go pro out for a sea swim too- I suspect my footage won’t be quite so as cool as yours - fishes will be replaced by effluence spewed out of storm drains 🤮
