Dexter plays a Michael C. Hall really good!
i see what you did there
xD
Dexter is Michael C Halls Dark Passenger lol
Right
@@okat32 Stealing jokes? Yeah, I can See that too.
I just feel like he is lying the whole time to cover up the fact he missed the series ending because he was murdering someone.
Lol
Mick Jackson I thought that being a crime scene investigator was a good cover, but an actor seems like an amazing cover story
Omg yeah
You win the Internet!
Lol can't unthink that! 😂
This guy has the BEST narrator voice ever.
HanSoloxcs Best? Come on! He is amazing but not the best. Try morgan Freeman.
I saw on Amazon that Michael does the narration for the pet semetary audible
What about Benedict Cumberbatch? I mean, have you heard Ben's voice?
But I agree, both Michael C. Hall & Benedict T. C. Cumberbatch have two of the greatest narrator voices of today. Very soothing and deep/thick voices.
Try Rowan Atkinson s normal voice ...he s amazing too!
Michael C Hall, Kevin Conroy, Morgan Freeman....
His voice is so soothing
Like yours
tonight's the night and its gonna happen again and again.
cant look at him and not see a killer lol
He prolly is. If you keep attracting killer roles as an actor, you probably have a killer streak. You are what you attract.
@@jadaaleeshamindexpert7365 wtf kind of logic is that
@@Alskdoenfkemfnekit sounds like "karma" logic which has been proven false imo. It's a cool idea though
"Just the ones with bad parents." LOL!
Michael C. Hall was amazing as Dexter and he has a sense of humor about it. That's awesome!
I know he's called Michael C. Hall. I know. But all I see is Dexter Morgan, hahaha.
Actually he is David Fisher. =)
Carl Croonenberghs Nope. The Bay Harbor Butcher. :)
+Nicolas Whiting All I hear is the narrator from the "How to Spoon" video
No, he's Kyle Butler
It is Dexter. He's portraying Michael C Hall
He wasn't in the US because he knew people would hate the ending and try to find him
The ending was perfect.
vinniegiovanni The proposed ending by Clyde Phillips would have been absolutely perfect.
Jalen Pace What did that involve?
vinniegiovanni I loved the ending too.It served its purpose.to mindfuck people I mean.If it was just dexter dies and Harrison takes his place meh boring.but that was something that no one expected.
vinniegiovanni How can you say that? The ending was horrible! It shoulda ended with him in the electric chair, there was way too many plot holes and left you disappointed not really having full closure with all the other main characters on the show. Esp with Hannah ending up with his kid that's just terrible in itself lol god bless that poor child. I would of rathered Deb living and Hannah staying in jail where she belongs. Than Deb ending up with Harrison and Dexter dying or getting caught.
2:37 That imitation right there is precisely why I want Conan to do a cameo on The Walking Dead.
He interviewed the Walking Dead cast before the Season 4 mid-season premiere, and he did a zombie bit to open the show (full-make-up). He was awesome.
its weird to actually see him with a genuine smile
It's so weird to see him act... not Dexter-like...
Talkative, smiling, happy.
That's proof of a great actor. When you want him to always act like his character, lol.
I thought he was hot as Dexter but he's even hotter as himself hot damn
Also I often hear people complain about Dexter killing deb, but if you flashback to season three deb asks Dexter to pull the plug if she is ever on life support. So he is doing her a favor, and the reason he dumps her I the ocean where his other victims are is because he feels responsible for everything bad that has happened to her including Saxon killing her. So he feel she belongs with all the other peoples lives he has destroyed
Good point 👍🏼
Dexter did not kill Deb. Saxon killed Deb, her brain activity was gone which meant Deb was gone. Only the part of her brain that automated breathing was recovering.
So pulling the plug was an act of mercy, preserving her dignity and lessening the suffering of those that loved her.
@@aaronbarlow4376 exactly but medically, and legally it’s still technically murder
Dexter is more satirical than horror..it can be touching and funny but never too gross!
It is intelligently written and superbly acted!!
Dexter was so good...I thought watching an interview of Michael C. Hall would ruin the character for me like most actors do...but it didn't.
Man I wish Micheal C hall and Jennifer Carpenter were in more movies and shows both amazing actors
His smile is dashing.
Series finale was shit ass balls
-Got rid of Harrys code
-didn't need to kill
-had a woman
-had Harrison
-stuff happened I guess to polarize the climax
-Lumberjack
Yeah right and debra died...she was my favourite....
it didnt make sense either, dex could have just killed the guy right there and it's a happy ending
I liked the finale because, It shows that Dexter can never have a perfect life doing what he does, and he has lost almost everything and everyone he loves, and to refrain from not hurting the ones he has left he fakes his death and goes to his own private little hell, but I think the message in the final scene when we see Dexter close his eyes, is him regretting everything he has done, but will we never know if Dexter continued killing, or gave it up, and will return to his son when the dark passenger vanishes
But Hannah can have a perfect life.
Telltale games should make a Dexter Videogame!!!!
I like it
I would so buy that
a guy tried that but it didn't work out, something about getting shot on a boat by the russian mob or something
@@TheGIJew. lol
Eli Treasure Hunt something tells me Dexter would be offended by a video game about serial killers
One of hollywoods best, raw talented actor. Next stop..oscars!
Michael C. Hall is so cute, 3:13. I love how the audience is afraid to laugh at his jokes in the beginning.
I love how Conan chose the word "Wrapped up Dexter" and then pause a bit and then "big finale"
That is why I love Conan
I liked the ending of Dexter. He made a new code for himself after his last "kill" and that was solitude
Nope. It was just bad. Season 8 as a whole was bad, and the finale was the worst.
LuxGamer24
Disagree. Series 8 was one of the more well made series. Season 1-4 were the best, by far. But Season 8 was by no means bad. The ending left me somewhat conflicted, but it wasnt bad by any means.
LuxGamer24 Wow, good argument
"I'm 4 I love you on Dexter" I LOST IT
I wish he was the new lex Luther
+King Buster "I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT! I LOOOOVE IT!"
My other fan cast is Daniel radcliffe as nightcrawler but not at fox
Harry Potter is my favourite movie series and Dexter is my favourite TV show, was pretty cool seeing pictures of Michael and Daniel together
I watched Dexter as a kid. I loved seeing him invent stuff in his laboratory and get annoyed at his sister DeeDee.
He was in Bangladesh. I knew that. Love when celebrities like Michael C. Hall comes in our country. From Bnagladesh :'] .
If I were him, I also would have made sure to be out of the country when that abomination of a finale aired.
It was so good!
He claims he didn't watch it because he didn't want to. Even when he said "It's OK" to the finale as an executive producer, he's said in interviews he knew it wouldn't be so satisfying and savory.
Joseph Herman uh.. no.
Lmaoooo
Dexter and Harry Potter in the same movie hahaha
Dexter wasn't bad it just went on way too long, you can tell he resents it a little bit.
I'd also resent having to be in that final season...
I'm sure everyone says this, but I thought seasons 1 and 4 where by far the best.
TenouHaruka0 Indeed. 5 was still good, but 1-4 were undoubtedly superior. There were production/writer shifts that were responsible for much of it, though.
"Leave them wanting more." Breaking Bad, The Sopranos, The Shield, Twin Peaks...just a few that held to that philosophy. While Breaking Bad is probably the greatest serialized television show ever made, it still kept its arc tight and didn't overextend itself. Vince Gilligan is simply a genius.
And soon, we'll be brought into the spectacular Lynchian Universe once again, as Twin Peaks returns. 25 years later. To the day of the last broadcast. No one can measure that level of artistic dedication.
+John Doe Eh, Season 5 as a whole was bad. No pun intended.
It was an entire season framed with the "afterthought" they didn't have the foresight to sprinkle in more throughout the show.
Heisenberg's reign was over, but they had to keep him active just so Walter White could have HIS ending. Which was unmistakably forced.
The final season was good, it's underrated. The ending was lame but that's it. Dexter is waaay better than Breaking Bad.
Dexter was epic, but it should have ended with Trinity
Definitely agreed.
Idk what you're trying to say. People just go with whatever the most noisy critic says these days. Yes, the latter seasons were weaker, and yes the ending was kind of disappointing. But there were still so many things to love about the show, the great cast, the amazing soundtrack. Also, the writing was definitely way worse in latter seasons, but you're comparing it to the one of the best TV shows seasons of all time. So it's hard to live up to that.
I never read any reviews of the show before I watched it, I did feel kind it was lacking, but atleast they kept trying, not like GoT, where they just gave up.
@@immortalized_onion A big part of it was that Clyde Phillips left after season 4. He just got burnt out doing the show for four straight years... he handed it over to the guy who did 24. Thus, you can see the change in quality... here we went from someone who wrote characters really well to a guy that had written "How will Jack Bauer save the world THIS week?" for network television for close to a decade.
It's amazing that we even got a decent season (season 5) and a GREAT season (7).
He is hot in Kill Your Darlings. The ecene in the bar while a woman is singing and Daniel Radcliffe smiles to the beat of the music and suddenly Michael looks at him and Daniel gets all serious..
Has anyone seen that ecene or remembers it?
I love the face he did when he look at Daniel and when he said," So you met Carr in the lunch line, and now he is all you can see?"
Daniel sounds cute when he asks," Why don't you like me?"😍😍😍💜👌😊
BANGLADESH WOOO I WAS BORN THERE! very rare we get any kind of recognition lol
*****
yeah as soon as he said Bangladesh I cringed because of that interview. Knowing he was doing that interview around the same time period he is describing here which was the end of the show is weird. Awkward interview by far.
I havent been able to watch any other series after watching Dexter!
I love it so much .______.
Fuck, I miss this show. And Michael is a fucking great actor. One of my fav.
Michael is so handsome and talented
Two of the best gingers..
Kill My Darlings is the only movie where you can watch a love triangle between Dexter, Harry Potter, and the Green Goblin. Lolz :p
I'm glad Michael C. Hall has a great sense of humor.
is it just me or can anyone else not watch any of michael c halls movies because all you see is dexter? like he played dexter so well that he is dexter and i cant see anything else😂
I love him, it's amazing that dexter is back in 2021
He's awesome! I wish he did more movies, though. He would be great in an action and adventure movie, I think. He was great in Gamer as a villain, but I think he could pull off a hero too.
+AchimaelProductions BUt omg he was SUCH a great villain !! and a great dancer too
Love from Bangladesh 💜
Hope you come again soon.
0:28 because he was dumping bodies in the ocean 😂😂
I am 12 and I watch Dexter so that means that I have bad parents
Well...I started to watch it almost the same age as you....so....it's ok I think.
I started 15. I'm fine.
Phew sorry man but u saying that makes me feel better about my parents 😂😂 here I thought 17 was pretty bad
Yeah I just watch some on Netflix then delete my profile then make it again and repeat
+starwarsrubenable Or maybe you have good parents who realized watching violent entertainment doesnt cause one to go mentally ill and crave the need to murder
I fucking love him as dexter
I actually liked the ending
Michael seems like a great guy and he is a terrific actor. I'm so sad they rounded off the series so badly, he deserves better.
he knew EXACTLY why he was on the other side of the world while the finale was aired..
"I have had people tell me that they feel a real sense of guilt for having watched the show with their kid while..." Damn, I really thought he was going to say "breastfeeding."
"you guys wrapped up dexter, had the big finale."
- complete silence.
thank you audience.
for the record i liked how dexter ended.
you liked that Dexter's sister died? BULLSHIT!
diegobrown19 If it was that good, the whole show would be pointless.
make more sense please.
diegobrown19 Ill restate my same sentence, with more details.
"If the show ended that good, (Deb lives, Hannah leaves without Harrison, everyone goes back to normal) the whole concept would be pointless because the whole point of having a 'drama' is to make it dramatic as possible, and having a happy ending where everything goes right is kind of boring.
Having the show not kill of Deb would not render the whole show pointless. There was plenty of drama throughout all the seasons. I guess I Just came to love debs character so much it just totally pissed me off. I honestly would have been less upset had it been Dexter who died instead.
"First of all, congratulations; you guys fucked up Dexter"
iera lol i think he was gonna say finished up
I was 13 when i first watched Dexter back in 2006, i feel so old now that's over :'(
I need to see Michael C Hall as Carnage. This is a thing that needs to happen.
The end of Dexter was shit. Lumberjacks and hospital boat access? BOOOOOO!!!!
You clearly didn't understand the symbolism.
Vacuumer100 Enlighten me. It fucking sucked and it shouldn't have.
I think that it was a good ending because i almost cry at the end
Have you been to Florida? So many people own boats, and there are so many injuries at sea they have to have the boat access.
Also Deb dying like shit, wtf?! Yeah Dexter ending was really ridiculous. I was hoping and waiting for years to see everyone's faces when they find out that Dex is a serial killer but nope, no one knew....I prefer him to die or be in prison or whatever just not how it ended, I understand what they wanted to do, like he made a prison for himself and feels the guilt for the rest of his life completely alone but COME ON! I wish I could forget the ending and just rewatch the first 6 seasons over again and again.
At least we'll always have seasons one through four to look back at fondly.
Anybody else notice that Dexter became Wolverine from Wolverine Origins in the last episode?
I love Michael C Hall, where do I get one, pass your good looks to my children Michael.
I've just realized that I've kept getting Michael C. Hall mixing up with Anthony Michael Hall for the past 20 years or so.
by replying to him and getting top comments for it you made it even more necessary
I had a kid tell me once that his favorite TV show was Dexter. I was HORRIFIED. And then like two weeks later, I realized he was probably talking about the cartoon of the little scientist. Whew!
That bit about daniel with the kids 😍❤❤❤❤🤷🏼♀️👌🏽
totally agree.. I actually read reviews of the final episode before I eventually watched it because the rest of the season was so lackluster. There was no way it could recover which like you say, is a real shame since It had so much potential in the beginning.
I think the ending to Dexter was pretty good!
So I used to live near him. One night at 11pm I was walking my dogs and I was playing with one and looked up. There he was. I said, Oh Hello. He said, Hello. As he walked away all I thought was thank goodness I am a good person and not a serial killer! LOL!
Anybody else think that Dexter's "killer face" is less creepier than
Michael C. Hall's smile?
I'm watching Six Feet Under and it's a great show entirely
He has such a unique face, really looks like Dexter.
This guy is outrageously likeable. Like goddamn
I don't care that the ending was shit.
1-4 gave me chills. I fucking LOVE THIS SHOW. Season 7 was also great.
They needed it to end earlier. That's kinda the same options Walter White had for Breaking Bad (unless he somehow turned back into a good guy). They did the right thing by speeding up the process and ending it in 5 seasons instead of 8
there was a blip where i went "fuck this shit" but they recovered it. people hate the ending because its far from a happy one.
just watch it for yourself.
Dexter Morgan is a killer!
His name is Michael C. Hall. He is a human being that has 2 arms and also hair that grows out of his body. When he inhales oxygen his body performs cellular respiration but he is also able to go jogging with or without shoes on.
He doesn’t fool me for a second
He doesn't even walk he glidessss.
Uh oh I watched the entire dexter series when I was twelve, he thinks it have bad parents!!
Well "it" does have bad parents if this is how "it" types.
Shut up
Dylon McCranie So what are you 13? The show ended last year....
homerboy12345 yea
so you're 16 now...
Given that they couldn't kill off dexter i think the ending was decent.
I for one actually feel the show could've just ended at either season 3 or 4. Season 3 if you want a happy ending with Dexter finally feeling real emotion for once in his life (for his wife and unborn child), Season 4 if you want a tragic, depressing ending about how he ultimately couldn't separate his home life from his serial killer life, and so they ultimately collided together to deadly effect.
There are dexter fans in bangladesh. for them he was exactly in the right place for the finale!
Season 2 was one of the best things on TV ever!
He's so hot!
Apparently the writers didn't want it to end that way either. It was Showtime that forced them to make Dexter live.
He looks like a young Jim Gaffigan with more hair
Micheal C Hall would make a scary dentist!
I miss Dexter.
You can't have a screen name like that and then NOT have a punchline that's GR-R-REAT!
You are aware that almost all of the actors on the show did not want it to end the way it did. The writers made the ending and the actors had to do it, they didn't have a say whatsoever.
Great cast, beautifully written and full of twists. Dexter is and will always be the GREATEST show ever!
We all feel like that about Dexter's ending. What a shame... I loved Dexter and it was really sad to see it ending it so bad.
Conan: that part of your life is done now. me in October 2020: well, not quite yet...
He's so different when he's not murdering people
0:28 Who didn't think of Rock n' Roll Racing?
Him not being in town when the finale aired is called self preservation. He knew exactly how bad that ending was and HAD TO go away.
Writers who create such brilliant shows and end it with a huge "MEH" like Dexter did, should do jail time, just an opinion.
I fuckn love his voice
All these people here saying they've watched Dexter from a young age and I'm here just thinking that back when Dexter started and I was like 13 years old, I wouldn't have had the attention span to watch a full episode because the show is 90% dialogue, 9% action and 1% sex. This is why I'm glad I actually started watching it when I was an adult because my taste in TV and movies had changed so much that I didn't just want action all the time anymore which in turn gave the show a fair chance to be liked.
I haven't watched Dexter, but I wont mind my kids watching Six feet under.
Both are fantastic shows!
i hope i see him in another psychological drama like dexter and 6 feet under
By documentary he means fiction
He looks like Donkey Kong.
Oh my god he does! XD
Holy shit...I will never look at Dexter or Donkey Kong the same again.
