- Marvel's Spider-Man 2 has swung into our lives for a few months now and the anticipation for game updates has been building. Finally, the moment we've all been waiting for has arrived! Sony, Playstation, and Insomniac Games have just announced the release date for the highly-anticipated update: March 7th, 2024. The update was an exciting one with an array of new features, including the long-awaited New Game Plus mode, fresh costumes/suits, and more! Now brand new concept arts and images from Marvel's Spider-Man 2 have begun to be released and my goodness they look incredible! Then Today we got a SURPRISE brand NEW update!

I wish they'd add the Character Bio feature from the first 2 games. Also to be a able to collect & listen to the two podcasts sense we end up missing a lot.
I really hope they fix the classic suit thing soon. The second variant of the suit was one of my favorite costumes in the game as I really loved the rich red and navy blue color combination.
I also hope they change the color, I hate how dark the classic suit is.
There is one thing you didnt talk about.
The venom open world glitch has been patched. So now you can no longer fight crime as venom.
Big sad :(.

they fixed the issue today with a new patch but it has a new issue now where when you change the suit for both Spideys and replay missions the suit changes back to the last suits you had and is stuck in those suits on every replayable missions (both on NG+ and original saves).
I also noticed that the classic suit lenses aren’t moving right. Usually just shrink & grow like the mcu lenses do. But now they fully morph & stretch to convey emotion like the Spider-Verse lenses. I hope that gets fixed as well.

I did see this update when I got home but didn’t know what it did this helped a lot keep up the good work with the vids ❤
On top of breaking the classic suit, it also breaks the lenses of the iron spider suit from the movie, and breaks miles' lenses when using venom power.
I really like the parry attacks fixed. I wanted to use the spider arms again.
I'm keen to have an option to customise crime activities.
I know that it cost money to roll out updates, so that’s why you see some companies have a long time in between updates, but with the fixes they made in this update how long it took the update for new game to come out, I really hope that they are trying to have a few updates as possible before the DLC comes out. Hopefully if there is one with the beetle being leaked with the developer we will see a plethora of new changes.

I hope they fix the texture issue with the white lining on the arms of the Spider-Punk and its suit styles cuz at certain angles a piece of it disappears

Just played Spider-Man 2 and realized that they added new voice lines!
After saving a bus from symbiotes and opening the door:
- It gave me the option to take the civilian to a medic (which is new of itself)
- And the civilian was FEMALE! The first female I’ve EVER saved since the game released
I was so shocked I had to drop a comment
they also added an option that you can manually change the weather since alot of people asked for it
Background Christmas in my first start to play the game I somehow managed to turn the costumes and the small cubes where the feet are and the rest of the suit was invisible and when I went back to the main menu Peter and Miles died from Fall damage in the home screen with fall damage disabled
The classic suit break also happened to the TASM2 suit where the fix for the lenses made the bottom of the boots a nasty pale red/rose color. Nowhere near as bad as the lense issue but I think it's kinda funny
I like how I was about to watch this video and all of the sudden the first ad I get is the full trailer for Transformers One lmao 😂
I just want the symbiote finishers to come back they mysteriously disappeared and when playing new game plus or even when free roaming in the main story the symbiote finishers just don’t exist

Man i want the Symbiote surge suit to be customizable so badly after i found out when you have the spider arms abilities and activate surge mode it replaces them with symbiote abilities which is so cool so imagine having raimi suit with spider arms then boom activate surge and black raimi suit with Symbiote powers that be so cool

Did they fix the cutscene when peter is taking off the symbiote suit because the best part of it was missing for me and i was upset
Please stop breaking our suits, and hopefully they eventually put credits in the game to say where the suits came from as the Lego games and even the Amazing Spider-Man games gave credit to the original comics, movies and authors.
Don't say it like they're doing it on purpose, these are errors that happen when developing games, especially ones that are rushed like Spider-Man 2.
@@kaine8911 It was a lighthearted joke, I don't blame them for breaking suits on purpose, but I do still hope they include credits somehow to the suit designers and people who worked on the comic etc behind each of them.

Something I hope they improve is how you can get city tokens since even after 100% completing new game plus I don’t have enough points to get the new game plus exclusive abilities and to my knowledge replaying, the missions doesn’t give you extra points so at the moment there’s no way to get all of the new abilities so I’m kind of just stuck waiting until the DLC episodes come out where they will hopefully be some city tokens

Yeah, I didn't waste any on the golden gadgets and still didn't have enough City or Hero tokens for all the fusion mods.
I'm pretty sure I heard someone say you gotta do NG+ Twice in order to unlock everything
they just need to fix the XP and rewards honestly, i think it’s stupid you can 100% the game twice and still not have all the the NG+ stuff unlocked
Hello, has anyone else experienced this issue where after finishing the game and starting a new one, when you have the black suit and use the surge mode, the suit doesn’t change its design? Please help.

@@bobisboreddif you used Symbiote Surge in NG+, you would still be wearing the suit you have equipped instead of changing into the Symbiote Suit like you would normally.
For example, if you wear the TASM2 Suit and activate Symbiote Surge, you’d still be in the TASM2 Suit and not change to the Symbiote Suit. You’d still get all the abilities, it’s just a visual glitch.
There's a stutter glitch in this game that causes the game to stutter every few minutes. And it's 100% a game bug, not a system issue.
I want spider arm parry, retexture nwh suit, stormy weather, rare symbiote finishers, and more suits from spider man ps4
all i'm waiting for now is a PC port and a skip MJ mission option or take away the skip puzzle button for Clank missions cause it isn't fair that i can skip Clank missions but not MJ missions.

Not sure if anybody else has the same issue, but I’ve been going through the new game + trying to 100% it for the second time, but I’m at the final hunter blind and it’s completely broken. It isn’t there and you will just fall through the map. Not sure if I can fix it or not

There should be an option for Peter to have the symbiote's aggressive voice again when he knocks someone down in the mission "Everything can be broken"
They need to add the web cape to the Spider-Man 2099 suit. I may understand why it wasn't in the first game but the new one has two siuts with capes. 2099 suit without the cape is just wrong. The suit is incomplete.
