Do you think they'll hire someone with a scar on their face. I know as long as it's not visible under makeup it's fine, but the texture of my scar is visible even under makeup if you look closely, so I'm just scared to attend interviews even after having 2 scar revision surgeries. This is my dream job

You can use foundation with more coverage and if it’s not visible under makeup then they wouldn’t have any problem
Also please don’t doubt yourself and just go for the interview anything is possible 😊
