How long are you going to rent or stay the unit? Because Im a condo unit owner also in Manila Im living here in US now. The moment you rent the unit you have all the rights to use all the facilities of the condominium Im sure they will allow you to enter in the gym just don't forget to wear your rubber shoes.Enjoy your vacay pm/am.
How stingy the unit owner he didn’t authorized the occupants. My condo units are in Pacific Regency 1bedroom (vacant )and another in City land 2 bedrooms (occupied )both located in Vito cruz

I usually have a toast and proteins (ham or sausage or bacon), eggs and cheese with seasoned fresh tomatoes, grilled green and yellow peppers and a cup of flavoured tea or coffee.
