I have been posting for since May but only a few weeks as my new Vegtrug Growing channel have reached 31 subscribes but finding more may be harder as such a niche market my first goal to reach 100 than I would be over the moon if I get more than the Vegtrug Ltd company themselves they have about 445 subs so do not think I will reach the magic number of 1000
We just started our channel a few weeks ago. Our niche is working with Empty Nesters. Our youngest just moved out, and so we’re targeting other people who have kids that are now adults and have moved out. We highlight adventures and travels, and also provide tips on issues that empty nesters run into.
I uploaded my first video in Nov. 2017 but I've been uploading very irregularly 😂😬 and, I've got 130+ subs as of now and I'm happy with that!
Only started the channel in Feb or March of this year. Sitting at just over 50 subscribers. Recent video had 1200 views, but not really generating subscribers. Admittedly, I have not been posting as consistently as I need to. I am focusing on trying to fix that and post videos at least once per week until I have more time free up.
My niche is DIY, woodworking, crafts. This niche is blowing up with everyone being home, more and more creators are learning how to build it themselves, how to use a Cricut, how to use a miter saw, making there own handmade Christmas gifts. I'm excited about the endless posibilities. xoxo

I niched down to signature and favorite recipes from the most popular national restaurants. I hit 100 in 5 weeks and ready another 60 in the last week. The most common reason why RUclips is so much more growing than other social media is because google prefer it in Google Search and is flooding search based traffic to RUclips. No other plattform is having this benefit.
My niche is Barcelona and Spain travel tips for tourists. Almost 50 videos in under 6 months, but the movement restrictions have made some of the filming more difficult. The tips are great!!

I have 107 subscribers, 2700 views and I'm thrilled and overwhelmed! I've learned so much about RUclips and most of what I've learned is either from your videos or reading your FABULOUS BOOK! I first read it on my Kindle but just ordered a paperback copy to mark up! Thank you both for all the valuable information and encouragement. I'm looking forward to growing my channel in 2021. Great tips guys. I chose to review classic films on my channel as it’s what I love and am passionate about... I’m sure I could bigger growth if I reviewed more mainstream movies, but that’s not my passion, if you treat RUclips as a hobby rather than a business you won’t feel the grind as much 👍🏻💗

I would like to start a YT Channel in English and provied German Subtitles to it. Is there a way to "Promote" (For Example with Tags or somethin like that) this so German speaking viewers find the Video when they Type in a German Title even though the Video Title ist in English?

My Niche is on Travel. Now with the pandemic and many restrictions traveling, I was not able to fully travel abroad or even domestic until recently. If more lockdowns comes then I have to reinvent the travel segment.
How about seeing cool things in your home city/landscape... lots of people always think they have to travel far away to get energy 🙃 I think differently. ☺️

Maybe you can make videos giving reasons why people should care about the planet. Like what is happening to the world right now and show that. Then convine them

I made a series of doing commentary to pro wrestling dream matches that never happened about two months ago and dedicated my channel to only that. It’s a slow growth, but I’ve gotten about 150 new subs in those two months. Hoping it continues and I can do this for a living some day as a part of a real organization or not.

It kind of goes with Benji's 4th tip: I figured jumping all in and creating one video a day until Christmas will help me to quickly get better at making videos and also gets me 25 videos on the channel in less than 4 weeks.

My niche is beauty tips/tutorials. I feel like is a very broad niche and I probably should narrow it down but I feel like I can’t... 😬 I am also struggling with recording in Portuguese and English. My main goal now is to grow in Brazil since I connect more with Brazilians because that’s my first language... but I feel like I also need to do it in English because I started in English and I live in the US (my American friends complain about it lol)
