Thanks again for sharing your adventures. Your view of the ship, upon returning from your drive, made it look as large as an offshore island. Ships have gotten truly enormous - and luxurious.

They really have made cruise ships like their own floating islands! We are considering one of the new Royal Caribbean cruises and we might not even get off the ship there is so much to do! lol

When you get off the cruise it seems like you don't have to stamp your passport? Please tell me what that process is like.

Nope, they do not stamp your passport for cruise ports! Cruises are kind of a unique circumstance for customs and passport control since they are considered a "close loop" you are not expected to stay in the country for more than the ship is ported there, so you usually just need your seapass card from the cruise line to get on and off the ship in ports! I always carry my passport with me just incase of an emergency since you are in a foreign country, but no one looks at or stamps it! It's a little bit of a bummer since stamps are nice travel souvenirs but it does make the process easier!
