    Amazing insights gents! It’s really great to see the human side as well, we forget that you have families and you spend all your time giving education to the masses! Well done, take a bow 👏👏👏

    Excellent video, three genuine and genuinely good guys giving an honest picture of how success helps you rediscover what is really important. A pleasure to watch.

    Great stuff! Really interesting to hear how different it was for those three, especially for a normal club / occasional open angler like me who could only dream about winning a title like that.

    It's nice to see all the big matches like fisho, match this and golden real as they put the best anglers up against each other to see who is the best at the time, id only ever heard of fisho before the invention of RUclips and you guys, now I know most of the top matches through various videos of them on RUclips. It's amazing though how many top anglers gradually change their views on fishing over time due to reaching their goals and having a family

    Superb insight! Would be interesting to hear how fishing as a living has its ups and downs. We all probably think, would love to be fishing as a job haha

    I love fisho but I think it would be amazing if someone who was not sponsored win it 🤔

      They have in the past, don’t think Pete Black was sponsored by anyone when he won.

      The early ones, a few did. I remember Rob Jennings winning it (local lad) and I don't think he had any (his dad owned a small tackle shop)

      I remember Rob Hitchens winning it, went to school with his son, he wasn’t sponsored, just a Rotherham guy who enjoyed fishing Hayfield!

    I don't watch Andy and Jamie for the fishing, it's the rapport and banter between them which is totally brilliant, just as good as Paul Whitehouse and Bob Mortimer on gone fishing, the other guy that makes fishing enjoyable is Carl Smith fishing videos.

    When Jamie says “a full deal”. What does he mean ? Is a full deal where you get a good wage ?

    • @winningwaysextra
      @winningwaysextra  9 месяцев назад +1

      Full deal as in everything free rather than just a discount, that can sometimes include cash but not always

    You noetherners 50 k wouldnt even buy you a shed down here in London. 50k is a useful sum but its peanuts in the greater grander scheme of things, if you think how much grind you put into being good enough to win Fisho, the 1 st prize should be 250 k by now.
