I think you need to have 2 full families to live in that house. People go over board with the size of their homes. 10k square feet should be the limit, for a full family home. This home looks like a lot of the rooms would be empty. It's a nice looking home. Especially the landscape. Something similar, down the road 2 oak knoll terrace was on sale for over 40m and ended up selling on auction for 17.5m

The home burned down and was not torn down. I watched it burn.

talon williams yes, that’s correct. They started a remodel, but have left it incomplete for the new owner to finish as they would like.
