I love your enthusiastic, iconoclastic approach to cheese making. Pure alchemy meets suck it and see! The cheese looks great. Thanks for sharing yet another fabulous video.
That looks absolutely amazing and something for Gavin to try replicating once's he's back in the kitchen. Hrm, about time for me to try Parma again after the last two failed fantastically, a good weekend project in the Great Indoors. Oh, and need to make another Jack in the Box, as the last one was very well received.
Raclette has a funky flavor from the b.linens, which this cheese didn't have. This one had more flavor than a mozzarella, though. The texture was just like a basic good melter, like Colby or Monterey Jack or whatever.
Love it! Creating your own cheese is the best. What size mold did you use? Right now I am using colander for the mold. This has worked for the small cheeses. Just started milking our own cow and expect to be making larger cheeses.
Not sure of the exact size off the top of my head (there's a link for all the tools in the description box) but it holds up to about 8 gallons of milk.
People drink tap water, it must be fine, and she obviously washed her hands up to and beyond her elbows because she knows that she has to reach deep into a pot, use common sense. You shouldn't visit any restaurants or you may really be grossed out by all the nasty tattooed weirdos.

"Crazy old cat lady, except with cheese." 🤣

Yeahhhhh new cheese video. This is becoming my favorite activity.
If no one experiments how do we get new cheeses…
Careful - mix too many things together and one day you'll take the lid off and it'll look back at you and say, "mama!"😂
Oh gosh, you made me laugh out loud!

2 of my favourite cheeses.
"Crazy cat lady!" RFLMAO!
How did the melted Jarlsbe compare to melted Raclette? Tastier, or more like mozzarella, or totally new?

Beautiful and tasty experiment! You convinced me to try it 😂
Crazy Cheese Lady!! Love it
شكرا على كل شئ اتابعك من مصر..واسأل ما الهدف من تخفيض درجه الحراره بالغسيل
It halts the acidification process and leads to a sweeter cheese.
yum sounds good

In your experiments so far, which cheese has been the best, or which cheese have you made that tastes the best? How can we buy your cheese?
I don't sell the cheese, but if you stop by I'll give you a wedge! (Best cheeses: Gruyere, Sweet Rocklyn, Blue Moon....)
@@jmilkslinger Thanks You :)
Haha! Your son cracked me up 😂
Do you think someone who doesn’t like a Swiss, but LOVES Colby would enjoy this cheese?
I think so. The flavor is quite mild, and my son, who doesn't particularly like Swiss cheese, really enjoys this one.
👍👍👍👍
Elbow deep and tap water. gross.

Our tap water is safe for drinking (it's all we drink), and arm skin washes as good as any other skin!
