    What an excellent project!!! By the way, another benefit that wasn't mentioned here is that they can reduce the urban heat island effect, and further cool down surroundings through evapotranspiration.

    it's now 2017 did they work and did people leave them alone or treat them like places to dump rubbish? they are a fantastic idea if people understand the idea and let them do their job?

    NYC needs more green areas and more transportation options. Such as trams and monorails. And more faster options to have weekend getaways to place such as the Adirondacks or surrounding areas.

    Better lighting is needed to prevent crime and led lights need double head lights on street poles led bright lighting at night to weaken crime and feel safer at night .

    Speed bumps not speed cams I seen speed bumps work 100% speed cans waste of tax pays money.
    At least on long block in the middle slow down a vehicle power, it works well .
