Family wise, North Austin is a great place for family (cedar park, round rock (great school district), Leander, Georgetown).
Downtown LIT for a perfect date night, expensive to live but doable
Zilker park - DOG PARK, lady bird lake (Hike)
CHIPTOLE alright BUT FREEBIRDS is where it’s at
SummerMOONNNN great coffee
South Austin - close to downtown, reasonable condos and town homes, closest to downtown. Very urban/hippie/great views and places for photo shoots
Dance studio - DANCE AUSTIN (I teach and dance there), Balance Studio, SO MANY MORE (like most of them are great)
The Oasis (Mexican food - BEST VIEW ON EARTH, live band schedule)
THE DOMAIN - Shopping, FOOD, bars, ETC!

I’ve lived in Dallas almost my whole life, and it’s a great city, but Austin is definitely more of a city for creatives where as Dallas is more of a business/professional vibe. Both are really great for raising families though and have tons of restaurants and shopping!! Texas is the best!! 💗💗
I agree Texas is a great state, love how many large cities that are so different within itself.
Josh and Sav, after the pandemic is over and everything is back to normal you guys should go on a Caribbean cruise. You will love it! I live in St. Maarten and enjoy visiting other islands. Love you guysss❤

I grew up in Southern California and moved to Texas and am happy here 🤗 I miss the California mountains, but I LOVE the Texas greenery 😍 it rains more often here (Southeast Texas), but it’s WORTH IT for the greenery! Not to mention the FOOD options and excellent prices for gas, houses, etc.

Hey guys! I live in the Dallas metroplex(Richardson in the suburbs). Dallas is a great city! I’m born and raised here. If you want to live in the city I suggest in downtown or uptown. They have great places for big open windows and a modern vibe. It wouldn’t give much room for roo to run around. I think if you want something for roo to run around with a backyard I would suggest somewhere outside of the city and in the suburbs(Allen, McKinney, frisco, Plano)

I just moved to Austin last year & I love it!! So much to do & currently ranked the #1 place to live in the US! So many coffee shops & everything is so green! Absolutely beautiful!
Austin is such an amazing place ! I’ve lived here my whole life , you will love it , the lakes,zilker park , downtown Austin , and with so muchscenery !
Definitely move to Austin. You guys won't regret it. It is absolutely beautiful and there are so many things to do, great food, amazing live music, a lot of young professionals, and beautiful neighborhoods with amazing school systems. Austin is also very pet-friendly. It's amazing all around and a vibe for sure

I just moved to Dallas from CA in January. North Dallas has been amazing! You get the suburban homey feel while also having a ton of shops and restaurants near by.

I live In SA, Texas and my family Is from Portland Oregon ! Sav is right, Austin is the younger version of Oregon. Very similar vibe! What I love about Austin is you can get the home town and City vibe. So you can live in a neighborhood and walk a few blocks and get to some cute shops and food trucks! San Antonio is only about 50 minutes from there and me and my friends go often.

i think atx would fit y’all really good. it’s young, urban, modern. there’s so much to do there and so many amazing small businesses! down town everything is walking distance and there’s so many parks and cool hang outs! me and my husband always take weekend trips there from san antonio tx.

you all should look at Nashville,TN. they have so many different coffee shops, and wherever you see a coffee shop, you see a chipotle. Nashville is a great place because you get the homie vibes, but also city vibes. Nashville is a great city. A great place for raising a family.

I live in Austin Texas and absolutely love it! There’s so many amazing hidden gems and there’s always something to do! Also there’s a ton of great coffee shops but my personal favorite is summer moon coffee :)
