Thanks for your lovely review! I have been considering the lite version for quite awhile! I hate permatease! I’ve never had a lot of hair and feel really strange in big hair!
Thank you for this review. I kept asking why all 4 Julianne’s looked different. even Lite and Lite Petite measurements are different and Lite petite looks longer than all of them. - reviewer and retailers alike kept saying there is no difference between them but the cap size and density.
Thank you for the information on the lace modification. I have the Carrie Lite and I was thinking of selling it due to the lace, not a fan. Also, thank you for the comparison between the 3 different Juliannes. I sympathize with the allergy suffering. Ugh! I feel ya! Next purchase will be the brown dry shampoo! I have wigs I won’t wear because the shine will not be subdued. Yeah! New shine weapon!
I have an Amber in PSB and It looks too ashy, almost grey. My Ignite in PSB is a much lighter brighter colour-I suppose because it’s heat defiant? JR needs a champagne blonde!!
Thank you for this great, comprehensive review.👋 I'm considering trying a JR Lite wig as I have never had a monofilament wig. I've been looking for a nice pink lipstick and I love yours! Can you tell me what it is?
I have a question. I’ve never had a “Synthetic” only “Heat Freindly. And like you, I like Julianne “Lite” better. Summer is coming and I have a lot of my bio hair now -acting as my own permatease:) When I was completely bald I liked some permatease. Not now. So I’m having to switch it up. My bio hair is big, real wavy/curly. So I’d like “Lite” to have more curl like “Regular”. My question is: If I spray “Lite” with the dry shampoo - does it tend to make fibers fuller - like hair, spray? Like coating fibers make strand thicker? I saw one review where she fluffed it out.
Thank you for the review and comparison. I’m new to wigs and these 2 caught my eye. As a new wig wearer, do you recommend buying online or going to a store when you buy your first few nicer, higher quality wigs?
The wigs in a shop are the same brands you buy from a reputable online seller. First start by measuring the circumference of your head going above ears along hairline to nape. 22" is average. Not all average caps are the same. Some brands run bigger some smaller. I recommend joining the FB page Beauty Nook wig support. You can learn a lot.
I use Simply styling silicone to protect nape and ends. Haven't done anything special to keep the curls other then when I take it off after combing out nape I mist wig lightly with water and scrunch curls with my hand.
Lite nape, I believe, is 6”. And THANK YOU. All saying, “These are the SAME wig except for cap size.” was getting so irritating. And the wig reps were adamant about there being no difference. What! Hey, Wig Rep., Just look at the wig measurements, let a lone the pictures, to see that is not true. They are different wigs- completely
@@Rachellegrabs ooh, sorry I didn't know if you were aware that something was going on with it, my gf was told by someone online that she should have hers checked, turned out she had thyroid cancer, so I was just trying to be helpful..feel better.

Great comparison! 💯 The lite version is definitely going on my list. Thanks for a great video! Blessings...💗🌻😊
Great review!! You look amazing in both. Julianne Lite will be my next purchase.
Finally somebody said what worked for summer. Thank you so so much
Great tip with the divine dark. I’m getting ready to receive Miranda by Jon Renau and will definitely need it.

Very helpful and through review.
Excellent review
You look beautiful in both! I always love your reviews!
Aww thank you
Thanks. My scalp definitely gets hot when not weaving a wig
Ooops wearing
Shiny
Very helpful! Thank you
Do you feel like the hair density between the two wigs is substantially different?
Well the permatease on regular Julianne definitely makes it feel like more hair. It will also be hotter. I preferred the Lite.
I have an Amber in PSB and It looks too ashy, almost grey. My Ignite in PSB is a much lighter brighter colour-I suppose because it’s heat defiant? JR needs a champagne blonde!!
Try the blonde color Batiste dry shampoo to create some warmth on your psb Amber.
@@Rachellegrabs Will do! Thanks for the tip!
With the blonde batiste to create warmth you need to do it heavy in spots i spray length wise to sort of create a blonde streak. Hope that helps

How often do you spray the Battiste dry shampoo on the wig during Summer? Only spray outside of wig or ok to spray inside of cap too?

You could but then the hair may not have as much movement. It makes it feel like dirty hair.
@@Rachellegrabs Ok. Thank you.
Thanks! Don't we all hate permatease?

She looks lovely - how have you managed the frizzy nape and kept the curl?
I use Simply styling silicone to protect nape and ends. Haven't done anything special to keep the curls other then when I take it off after combing out nape I mist wig lightly with water and scrunch curls with my hand.
Since the front looks wavy and open do you think a full bang would lay nice?
Boy I'm not sure I never cut bangs in mine.
If you knew how to style non heat friendly wigs with a hot air brush you might be able to.
I hate permatease too

At 11:37 which wig are you wearing? The lite or the regular?
The lite. The 2 Malibu are lite the Palm Springs is regular cap
Can Julianne lite fit a 22.5 head ?
Yes thats what size i am
Beauty Nook has a horrid return policy. Wouldn't order from them.
You should have your thyroid checked..
I have Hashimoto's. Had a goiter and biopsies :(

@@threeblessings575 no worries. I appreciate you looking out for me. You can really see that goiter in this video 😬 Thank you 💕
