I'm 23, got a 92 s10 extended for my graduation in 2015 with my own money for 1200. Been through good and bad, went to Colorado and back to ky and then took it to Tennessee and back to ky. I've grown very attached to it and I'm trying to restore the body then put a 350 in it. Love these trucks

@@tylerdungoofed I'll give a lengthy answer, I never was a truck guy. I love muscle cars and really adore tuner cars. After being with this truck for 5 years, it's my gem. I actually bought a 2002 nissan altima with the intent of turning it into a tuner build car. Had a rebuilt engine with 99k miles on it and everything was new on it. Let's just say I still chose my 92 s10 in the end. Despite all the things I gotta do to her, the 159k miles she has, I'm completely happy she was my first vehicle. Now I look at every old s10 or gmc s15 that comes my way with admiration.
That is awesome man!! If I can win the lottery, I plan do do something similar to the older S10 Blazers like mine. They are becoming rather popular and collectible as of late and seem to be getting a bit more sought after as time goes on

At least a couple of S-10's in the show--head on down; not really that crowded, even around 4:45 p.m., as I was leaving. Back corner of the Exhibition Room is bare, some usual exhibitors are absent. More room to move around, and a pretty mellow atmosphere today, enjoyable, for sure! lol
My 90 S-10 with 177k original miles is my backup to my 19 Silverado. S-10 still has original motor, transmission, suspension. **Note transmission oil hasn't been changed when it was purchased new. She starts up and sounds amazing
I've got a 1994 S10 Blazer Tahoe LT, and might be getting another one XD if I get another, I'm gonna probably LS swap her. I'm keeping my tuned 4.3L Vortec CPI L35CII in my 94, as she's a unicorn. I've got a few last things to do to her yet, and I may put in the turbo setup from the Typhoon or Cyclone. It would mount right up, and with forged internals, she's ready for it
My 01 s10 xtreme is halfway to being done. Seeing this beauty gave me idea. Absolutely gorgeous. Would love to have an OG square body. But my xtreme is 1 day away from paint (decided to do a ghosted silver/ gray with a little flake) hope the next owner goes insane with this little truck! I’m in VA btw. so do yall think those ford guys are hating on us LS guys with s10's and blazers right about now lol they have to,i havent googled any ford forums to see but damn you know they gotta be hating gm haha nice truck,ive had lets see,1,2,3,4,5 yea 5 black rides in my life i love them but damn im getting too old to keep them clean,now when i was in my 20's i washed and waxed my 96 s10 every single weekend,it looked wet,air ride with a LT1 swap,i was bad ass back then,blowing mustangs away,now im doing it again,a 05 blazer with a 6.0 with stage 1 tx performance cam and both of them i run the 5 speed so a blast to drive,nice truck good luck with your sale man.
I think an automatic suits a single cab S10 better. The five speeds are little uncomfortable to drive without an extended cab with more legroom. At least the one my dad had was uncomfortable.
Very Beautiful Truck man, A lot of time & money went into that truck that's for sure, I build S10s myself so I know what It takes to build one, I haven't done an LS Swap yet, But I've done other swaps tho. They are a build of Love :)
Now do a s10 blazer AWD use the bravada drive train and ls swap with a 6 speed. The s10 platform is cheap but not alot of aftermarket parts for the ls swap on these. It's not so common. Theres a guy who did the AWD cutlass. Or ls2 tbss on the s10 blazer, just ideas.
