It is the Congolese squad that is doing this instead. The Ivory Coast team is wearing the orange jersey. Basically the Congo is currently undergoing a civil unrest with plenty of people dying and yet world powers are turning a blind eye. It is to protest against this attitude of the international community that they are acting with their fingers (representing a gun) on their heads. There are plenty of news on this conflic in the media.
