Oh Vienna so many great memories. Now I play the Catalan, more positional. Igor please give us a video on the Catalan, I would love to see your pov on it. Thanks
I started playing chess some months ago and im learning viena. I learnt the opening but after that im just losing almost every time. Im 550 elo there are so many moves to memorize and also the opponent is not playing the same moves of course. I'm tired of losing lol.
Continuing excellence ... useful and interesting content, and what really distinguishes this is the effective communication. What continues to be wrong, tho .... is the absence of your sleeping cat in the background !!!
Hi Igor, yet another great video from you, really loved it. I was wondering in 4:53 instead of Qe2 check, I can play Bg5 right ??? That way, I am just losing my light-squared bishop for a queen. Your thoughts pls. Also, can u make a video on King's and Queen's Fianchetto opening pleaseeeee.
Vienna is the first opening i memorized a lot of lines and variations with a course. Mated a 2000 in arena, im only 1200 they went offline immediately hope they are ok lol.
Or you avoid playing boring openings like that and just get good playing non-passive non-closed gambit or attack positions. You can be high rated and still play these things
