These go for very cheap, you can find one for like 50 quid. Then go get yourself an RX 580, to avoid getting ripped off I suggest you to buy it from CEX. £70 isn't a lot. Then, depending on the case you got, find a video on how to put a graphics card on it. There you go.

The HD 4600 that is on your CPU (integrated GPU) is better than GT 710. If your ram is dual channel, even better. So that's a free upgrade. But upgrade video card anyway. RX 570, RX 580 are cheap and it will make a huge difference in your gaming.
