- Prepare for a thrilling journey as we revisit my very first cockpit flight (2008), flying from Zurich Airport to Madrid Barajas and back, all from the cockpit of a Swiss Air Lines Airbus A320. Take a seat on the jump seat, secure your seatbelt, and get ready for a unique experience as you watch over the shoulders of the Captain and First Officer in their 'office' at 30,000 feet.
This is an exclusive opportunity to witness aviation from a perspective few get to see. Feel the excitement, experience the decision-making, and immerse yourself in the world of these skilled pilots.
Join us on this extraordinary adventure and savor every moment of the flight. It's a journey you won't want to miss!

Humans are born without wings but with the ability too make them! what a splendid video.
This is unbelievable, I have never seen an aviation video with this good of quality. JustPlanes cannot even compare to this...
+Ruesch Productions - Aviation Cinematography are u pilot
+Ruesch Productions - Aviation Cinematography how had u been to cockpit do they allowed passenger to enter in a cockpit
wow, all the things you have to do to operate a plane. hats off to all the pilots out there.
Incredible video! The takeoff part with the rain and the cockpit all lit up was stunning. Thank you for posting!
Absolutely stunning!
After watching many many flight-deck videos here on you-tube this has to be the best by far.
Everything about it makes me feel I am there. Top quality camera work, Informative, educational and simply a joy to watch.
Sensational stuff, well done.
Both landings were spectacularly smooth. Congrats.
Landings aren't that hard once it all clicks. It took me forever to get them down, but now it's effortless really. But every now and then every pilot thumps one down (and blame it on a wind gust...LOL).
Amazing! You really captured the passion of flying from the cockpit in a way which leaves me both jealous and mesmerized.
The A320 cockpit looks really spacious - the windows especially
One of the best videos for a pilots eye ever! Thank you! Great footage and bravo to the crew
Breathtaking video! Thank you.
Great video! It's amazing that vibe. Thanks to share it with us.
Excellent Video. Thank you.
Nice video. I like how both pilots flew their approach manually and without autothrust
Another excellent video!
I like how you can still hear the buzzsaw sound of those engines even from the cockpit
wow! just wow!
smooth landing in the second part, nice video and great job by the pilot.
The best video ever of 320
One of the greatest videos in RUclips! Congratulations!

Both good landings, but the captain's back in Zurich was very nice. Great video, thanks for posting.
Wow I rarely intentionally like videos, but this one definitely earned its place on my likes list!
Sehr schön.
really great video with good insights in cockpit :)

Very good video!Continue the good work!
It's absolutely hilarious looking at all the armchair pilots making comments here about a subject they know little. These pilots never reached 20 degrees at TO only about 17. Airbuses normally fly with a higher nose-up attitude than Boeings so this accounts for the difference you notice on the PFD. This TO was routine and very safe. I think real pilots know a great deal more about flying safely than any of you will. Most airports have a minimum climb rate to comply with height restrictions and/or noise abatement. If you think it's unsafe don't fly, it's as simple as that. Igor K you need therapy.
+Andrew A Gardener minimum climb is 1,2 % for OEI, for those you recieve obstacle clearance data, 1,2% is for engine failure procedures so i guess you cant go lower gradient than that.
+Andrew A Gardener Well, two things: First, the "armchair pilots" use flight simulator software, which approximates these planes, but doesn't reproduce their flight dynamics. Second, the AoA of even 20 isn't necessarily problematic. Stall speed varies by IAS, angle of attack of the wings, configuration of the plane (gear, flaps, droops, etc.), atmospheric conditions, etc. Did a stall warning alert? No. So the only thing "bad" that might happen is they make more noise / consume more fuel than desired
Not entirely true, there are companies that create airbuse addons with 98% flight dynamic accuracy. Just wanted to point that out. Basically as real as it can get for a proper simulator, mainly used in P3D for professional training.

densup Yeah I was going to say that too lol. But tbf flight simlabs A320x wasn't available 8 months ago.
You people bashing about "armchair pilots " a lot these days , firstly I'm one of these so called but I understand the true dynamics and studied a lot about these stuff , some people might be ignorant but not all and they should not be shitchair pilot fucking twat
Hi excellent video thanks.
Cool video man :)
Nice one! Great views
Good work
Proffesionalists! now i'm not afraid to fly with an airliner! Thx
Great video, keep it up!
Very nice
exelent landings !!!
Excellent footage!
Sehr geilles video ;)))
I'm interested in the aircraft number 10 was the video I love it especially stands out for me pretty cockpit Thank you for making this video.
Wow!
Very good - and *No Music* even better!

Music: Eureka - Huma-Huma
this is nyc... this one doesn't seem to require music behind it... it's SO well put I'd figure music could spoil it... I loved it... thanks... I like how you started with the music too...
MUY BUENO EL VIDEO...
I love the hi tech parking system in zurich where they use lasers to tell the plane how much room it has,
very cool !
see you
dieses Video ist ganz EDEL!!!!!!!
Great Video. xD
Nice Video :-)
good job, men

Achso ok :D
nice
Sensational. Tank you for video.
Igor K No offense mate but thats actully normal precedure. just about every airbus and Boeing you ever fly takes off at 20 degrees, Standard Operating Procedure. Please do some research and educate yourself before making silly Comments.
Igor K You are correct, but some airlines do this anyways. Southwest is a good example here in the US.
Igor K I agree with you. I hate when airlines do not follow procedures. A while ago I flew with AA, and the crew literally banked the aircraft 25 degrees over the limit. Funny thing, the pilots were talking on the intercom and I heard a bank angle warning! :O They can get us killed. The plane was a 757-200
Igor K Do you have any examples of planes stalling and crashing due to a 20 degree take off?
If you mean the 747 which stalled after take off in Afghanistan and which was delivering military vehicles...? then let me tell you that one of the vehicles got loose and rushed to the back of the aircraft...
nice video i hope to be a swiss air pilot in 2 years or so
muito interessante !
Hahaha nice video cap!
Matimio's outro xD
Contrast in weather is so amazing LOL
So good without music
Airbus' cockpit lights are much better than Boeing lights. 😍 😍 😍
Love the video and the quality is awesome. Thanks ✌
Yassine Having been on both airplanes, I will say that lighting in a Boeing is better than Airbus. Just speaking from experience.
COL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
as a regular passenger I thoughted that landing and taking-off is the easiest part of flight, but since I got intrested in aircraft and all that stuff I changed my mind.
Elaba!
This is a very good video! The most important part are front part (pitot tube), wings and engine inlet. Ice must be cleared on those parts.
The front part is the " slats" where it is extended to maximise airflow over the wings and lift the aircraft off the ground
Slats is important but without a smooth wings, what can it do?
The landing looks so scary from the cockpit.
cool.!!!!!!.*******.!!!!!!!.
So they have a flight, then land and go back with other people? no break or anything? thats awesome
BEAUTIFUL LANDING. ITS ENOUGH!!!!!!
EDUARDO AUGUSTO DE CAMPOS PIRES
awesome video! and btw, R.I.P. HB-IJB :(
No 100 above callout? man i love to hear that.
bagus sekali
