When I was fifteen, I went night fishing on a pier with my friends. We didn't catch anything, and it rained heavily, but when I would look up at the pier lights, I'd see silvery rain drops falling towards me and it was sublime. Those friends drifted away long ago, but I'll never forgot that rainy night. Keep it coming, Lucasta.
My father has bone cancer and he is in Constant pain crying loud...I couldn't sleep ...after this beautiful sound I can get some rest , my wife used to put headset with this sound for me to sleep .Thanks buddy

Because of my adhd and/or anxiety i cant fall asleep when its silent (hello thoughts, a lot of thoughts) , also when theres voices like podcast or some movie i cant. But this is perfect, it keeps me focused on the sound and cozy since i love the sound of Rain. So many nights you are helping me to fall asleep, Thank you ❤

*Para as pessoas que não conseguem dormir, siga esses passos.* 1 - Tenha um horário padrão para ir dormir (o meu é 23:00 da noite até às 06:00 da manhã). 2 - Assim que você acordar, se exponha a luz (não precisa ficar exposto ao sol, mas sim a luz solar) por um período de no mínimo 40 minutos. Por quê fazer isso? Caso você acorde e continue no escuro e só se exponha a luz solar depois de algumas horas depois de acordar, o seu cérebro irá entender que você só acordou de fato quando se expôs ao sol. Por incrível que pareça, isso é uma das coisas que mais causa insônia nas pessoas ao redor do mundo. 3 - Tenha uma rotina fiel! Isso remete ao primeiro paço, aonde você tem que ter um horário "X" para dormir e acordar. Mas isso não é só para o horário de dormir, mas também para outras coisas, como por exemplo: horário para tomar o café da manhã, horário para almoçar, horário para tomar banho, horário para estudar, horário para as coisas de lazer e etc. Educar o seu cérebro e de suma importância para você ter uma ótima noite de sono. 4 - Evite cafeína depois das 15:30 da tarde. Por quê? A cafeína é uma droga que afeta o seu sistema nervoso central (a cafeína tem efeitos similares ao da cocaína, mas seu efeito é mais fraco) deixando o cérebro em estado de alerta. É por essa razão que o café foi introduzido como uma bebida padrão na parte da manhã, para as pessoas ficarem acordadas de fato. Uma hora antes de dormir, evite música alta, filmes de ação e agitações. Leia um livro com uma história calma, ou até mesmo um filme ou uma série com uma história também calma. No período da noite use o filtro noturno nos seus smartphones, computadores e televisões. Por quê? A luz branca inibe a produção de melatonina. O que é a melatonina? A melatonina é um hormônio produzido naturalmente pelo organismo (na glândula pineal do cérebro), que possui como função regular o ciclo circadiano, estimulando o sono no final do dia. 5 - O último paço é o mais simples de todos. Coloque esse vídeo, mas não com fone de ouvidos. Por quê? O som concentrado nos seus ouvidos irá perturbar o seu sono. Coloco o celular na mesinha ao lado da cama e deixe o som ambiente. Try rubbing areas of pain with castor oil, cayenne pepper mix and heating pad. Just a small note. Not sure if you will read it in enough time.
