Invitations and Fasting | Hadith

Fasting is a Pillar of Islam. Some Muslims will keep voluntary fasts during the year too, as an act of worship for Allah and when they want to pray for something. From hadith we can see that Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said we can still accept invitations, and if fasting then we do not need to eat.
