Feels a bit odd giving a thumbs up to a vid where you explain getting used as the track. Glad to hear you’re not more injured. And get a new helmet for sure. Sucks to lose a nice carbon one, but it did it’s job, retire it. Looking forward to seeing you back on your bike.
Heal up soon buddy. I swapped out at the national enduro today and it wasn’t nearly as bad as yours but you know what they say, if you’re gonna be dumb you gotta be tough!
Thanks man. Honestly the race shouldn't have been directed through there. It was a high speed section and we're all packed in so you can't see what's coming.
Dang bro! I'm so sorry all that chaos happened to you! Glad your doing ok as good as can be expected. I missed that race because I was really bad sick and I couldn't get my bike to start. I took it as a sign not to go. Yea man, I hate being in a hurry before the race. I like to be there the day before if possible so I can wake up the next morning and just chill up until race time, but I am guilty too about not going to the Dr. When I get hurt.
Thanks Chris! I definitely should have got checked out a bit by an orthopedic directly after the race. Could have prevented a crooked collarbone! I gotta make some new rules around racing for sure. Like, show up the day before!
Nah it was a clean break luckily so it didn't require any surgery. Had some pretty bad docs though, but that's a whole other story. Thanks for the program name.
Sorry to hear about the wreck. I had been looking for you the last couple races and Winslett told me you wound up breaking your collar bone. Every lap I came around there was somebody laid over after that root. Take care.
DrewGorrie agreed. When I came through in 30c you were still there (didn’t realize it at the time) and one of the last laps another guy got slung off pretty hard it looked like. I’ve definitely liked watching you improve last year and this year, you’re way faster on the 2stroke

Hope for a quick healing. Broke my arm in my last race and lost the Gopro. Halfway done with heal time (3 weeks to go).
