I have L5/S1 issues. Constant leg, feet, toes, pain and numbness. Spasms. Chiropractor seems to help a bit. Just a quick in and out. He doesn’t spend any time with me. I would love adjusting like this.

I am currently dealing with lower back pain and leg numbness. Watching this made me get a better understanding what is causing the numbness because I've always wondered a cause for it.
I saw my Chiropractors. Dr. Young and Dr. Smedstad explained its the spine lumber area. I was adjusted and recovered. It's been several weeks and I have it again. Also I learned its best to see an orthopedist which I will next month because it may b a pinched nerve. Keep sleeping on back w legs propped up or if sideways always have a pillow .between. Stretching the femoral gently with one knee on floor and stretching like that back and forth gently is flossing the femoral nerve to stimulate it and let your thighs n legs function and FEEL NORMAL again. I also lead read of a dermatome map of nerves? we must read ask a specialist about. Im hoping if we detail our symptoms and areas affected including your digestion and diet they'll treat it successfully. I don't like feeling weak and numb in legs it makes me 😢 but let's be strong. We will overcome this horrible sensation. God Bless and heal all of us.
i got to visit texas and see this doc for my back spurs , I think i would trust this doc,enduring pain too long,i just stretch and do hot compresses and rarely take advil, i know i can get more relief
Omg!! Thank God I saw this video!! I've decided to just live like this for ever,... I believed that there was nothing out there that could help me cope even just alittle, would be worth it. Anything that took some of the pressure off my spine was worth a shot. But ivr Moved from Arkansas to Denver..If I had seen this then, I could of just drove down to Texas myself.... Any suggestions on a good Chiropractor in the Denver metro area... Well for now I keep hope and prayers with me ALWAYS. Good luck everyone!!

Does it really work? My mom had sciatica pain, so she went to chiropractor for two days. She felt some numbness after that so she scared to visit him again. Mom had undergone sciatica surgery now. It's been two months. Hope she becomes fit again by God grace 🙏

I was truly surprised through this back pain guide called Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it). The program was basically the reason why my knees, hips and also back are realigned. I no longer encounter agonizing sensations each and every time I get up. Furthermore, I observed developments in my knees because of this program.
