Love and respect Danny but I think your Title is a mistake - Yes, things will change in Iran but, this is a minor setback! Iran have many systems and people in place to carry on just fine! Iran is not a weak country to break because of the loss of one man. Yes, is a loss for Iran but they have plenty strong Iranian leaders to replace him.

Iran under Raisi is linked to the war in Ukraine helping Putin, while in Palestine helping resistance groups to prevent the Genocide committed by Israel in Gaza. So a big event happens, then preparedness should be done by the Iranian security to prevent this event from happening. There are supernatural hands behind all of this. May God show clear evidence of who is involved.

It is actually a strong possibility of Azerbaijan providing Mossad a base for such intricate operation. Mossad was actively planning revenge attack and I am sure they were tracking Raisi’s schedule and knew of this event. Someone mentioned Israel has a base in Azerbaijan. Also, remember Iran has excellent relationship with Armenia as well. Also, there were three helicopters and two returned safely except for just Raisi’s copter. I am sure the pilot was the most qualified and experienced pilot assigned for this tour. He must have solid experience in dealing with emergency encounters. Even the security chief was also on the same flight. It is incredible that the copter completely disintegrated and pulverized. There is definitely something fishy here. 😱

I'm white (ANGLO) and I don't support what Israel's doing. Did you know both Germany and Ireland are speaking about Netanyahu and Israel's w*r crimes at the ICC right now? Two predominantly ANGLO populated countries. Two different ANGLO people who were speaking about it as well from Germany and Ireland. South Africa is also speaking about it.
But people were saying South Africa shouldn't gaf because they (South Africa) never talk about the stuff happening in their own continent of Africa. Such as the Congo (African country) w*r look into that. 2008-2024 (this year) there has been 5 million anti-w*r Congolese civilians that have died in the cross fire of violence between the Congolese military trying to protect the Congolese civilians and a rebel gang of Congolese civilians who took over villages like the cartel in Mexico?
Look into what the Cartel does in Mexico. Not all of Mexico (same as the Congo w*r it wasn't the entire country but it was the more populated cities/villages) but the area near the Texas/Mexico border is dangerous. The first town you enter when crossing the Texas border into Mexico has girls younger than 12 being tr*ff*ck*d. Mexican civilians who the cartel didn't like beh**ded hanging over bridges, being put in bleach vats, sh*t at on the streets, etc. Once you move further South into Mexico it's not like that but in the first few towns after the Texas border it is.

Israel did it but what so called Anglo backers are you talking about? So all white people like Israel now? Cap I've seen ANGLO (WHITE/EUROPEAN) Israeli citizens protest outside Netanyahu's house in Israel. I've seen ANGLO (WHITE] rappers like Mackelmore make a song about what's happening in Palestine. I've seen ANGLO speakers from both Germany and Ireland say Netanyahu is committing w*r crimes in court. I've seen ANGLO U.S. citizens protest against the w*r. I've seen ANGLO rabbis say anti-Zionism is not anti-Semitism.

Exactly, and Israel calculated that. For the iranian army it would almost be humiliating and it would show clear negleciance on their side, if it really was Israel. Now the limited response from the IDF after Irans Missile-/ droneattack seems to make more sence. Israel comes with a rather unexpected response, serving several purposes and sending a clear message, for example the Iran-Azarbeidschan-harmonization process, although Israel should be happy if Iran focuses on hydrogen power...😁 Anmd that one day before Israels President gets an arrest-Warrantfrom the ICC, right?
Probably they executed it cause the weather suited this secret operation, might have had plan B's too. However I doubt Iran will blame Israel/Mossad ... officially. Probably some members are even happy inside the iranian Gouvernment and Power-circles.

Both Israel and the US for example would probably on some level LOVE it If something like this was ascribes to them even if they didn't do it, because it increases their image of power and mystique.
Historically Israel totally would have gotten off on being blamed, though less so today for the first time because they feel kinda vulnerable and no longer as untouchable as in past decades, so in this particular case they may hope that it isn't pinned on them.
The US, who don't feel threatened by Iran and know that that nothing that happens in the Middle East can ever truly hurt them, I'm sure they'd be eager to take the blame regardless of them playing a role or not.

In my opinion, the Iranian government made an ill-advised decision by sending two high-profile diplomats via an old helicopter ride, accompanied by just one vehicle, through treacherous mountain terrain and under unfavorable weather conditions. Their goal was merely to attend a water dam ceremony.
Given the risks involved, it seems more prudent to have delegated this task to other representatives who could have fulfilled the ceremonial duties of shaking hands and cutting the ribbon. By doing so, they could have avoided putting the diplomats in unnecessary danger while still maintaining the necessary diplomatic presence at the event.

Bell 212 service ceiling is 17,400 ft (5,300 m) so the pilot should have easily been able to fly above the mountains in the region, using his artificial horizon, altimeter, gyrocompass and air speed indicator without modern IFR instruments.
There was a report that one investigator at the crash site thought the helicopter probably broke apart before it hit the ground.
Aleksandar Brezar - Mon, 20 May 2024 at 8:15 pm AEST:
"The US-made Bell 212 carrying President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian and several members of their entourage is a refitted non-combat version of the UH-1N "Twin Huey", which is still in wide use globally. After the crash, experts pointed out that the more than 40-year-old Bell 212 was built to fly in visual flight conditions, meaning that pilots had to rely solely on their ability to observe the terrain from their seat. Heavy fog and a brewing storm on Sunday likely impeded the pilot and might have contributed to the crash in northwestern Iran, some 20 kilometers from the country's border with Azerbaijan."

Those who have driven in Iran know well the cultural attitude of "inshallah," meaning to accept whatever God wills and just risk it. The President of Iran was also a cleric, and so we must expect he was very much part of that cultural tradition. That might explain the risk taking in bad weather.
However we also ought to remember something which seems to have been wiped from internet search engines, at least when I just looked for it. Immediately after the big Iranian missile strike, sources in Israel were issuing wild threats to kill those in Iran responsible for the strike, and I clearly recall that included the leaders of Iran. I'm sure that early terror in DC of Iran's reaction was in part fear that the crazy Israelis had gone off the reservation and done what they'd threatened to do. Now they scrub the threats, and look as innocent as possible. Of course if they'd done it, they'd have made it "look like an accident."
So we don't really know, beyond that the Iranians well might have taken such risks, and the Israelis well might have done exactly what they'd just threatened to do.

I have been in the copilot seat of a twin engine plane that altered course to attempt to go around a large storm we saw as we approached it, and we were ready to turn back if a way around was not possible. My rides in quite fancy heliocopters (Agusta A190) were even more at the whims of the weather. It is part of visual flight rules to see the margins of a storm and avoid it, not to fly on into it because that was the flight plan route filed before takeoff. A change in weather is all the more reason to re-think and avoid, not an excuse for flying on into it.
