    Love the being patient part. Just start learning how to snatch and my buddy who just started crossfit is always on me about increasing weight but nope I'm taking my time. Rushing a complex moving is a quick way to get hurt!

    Coach ZT’s channel is stacked with tips, tricks, cues, & accessories! My go to outside of Catalyst and WODPrep!
    I was struggling with Olympic lifts a few months ago as a beginner but I joined WODPrep Masters and the programming has taken my Olympic lifts to the next level! In just 1.5 months I went from barely snatching 55lbs to snatching 95lbs!
    My clean & jerks went from 95lbs to 125lbs & all with good technique! I love WODPrep & I’m excited to be a part of this weightlifting course!!!
