I was struggling with Olympic lifts a few months ago as a beginner but I joined WODPrep Masters and the programming has taken my Olympic lifts to the next level! In just 1.5 months I went from barely snatching 55lbs to snatching 95lbs! My clean & jerks went from 95lbs to 125lbs & all with good technique! I love WODPrep & I’m excited to be a part of this weightlifting course!!!
