This is a vlog of Love Trails Festival, an epic summer festival on the Gower Peninsula in Wales for trail running, adventure and wellness. I was running breathwork sessions at the festival and joining in with all the trail runs, yoga, running talks and fun.

It looks like you had a wonderful time, and it's amazing that you were able to, recharge your mental and physical batteries but those are the people that came you breathwork classes. You inspired quite a few people yourself, just by being you and sharing this experience
