Farlight was such a unique game, but removing the jet pack erased that uniqueness. It is now like any other fps/battle royale game. It is sad to quit playing this game.
Yeah, at least they should increase the base speed of all heroes. Imagine playing on a map without a horizontal zipline. Players just need to destroy extra vehicles, and other players will have a hard time exploring the map.
I tried the new update today and sadly the game has got worse, the pace is much slower without jetpacks. I can't want for a Farlight OG season when all the heroes get jetpacks again!
Love how the new graphics and how smooth the games is now, But they removed the jetpacks so. Not too keen playing this game anymore. Might as well keep playing valorant and fornite.
I use Lucinda as my main. I tried to adjust my game play after the major update, unfortunately it's the worst update. Jetpacks that are used to be vertical and horizontal made the game so unique removing it is the bad decision they made. Reloading speed for Lucinda as her passive skills, I think it doesn't work well. At all, I don't like the update, it is like a downgrade.

the gameplay is slow as shit in the new map. there is no central conflict sport which leads to just waiting for enemies to show up. the map is big for no reason. still sunset city is the best. BRING BACK JETPACKS
I just played today and everything is a messed up update to be honest looking for that jetpack going up but noooooo they remove it. the new update sucks I want the old one and the graphics are eyesore too.
They manage to break the game by removing the jetpacks , right now with this update my friends quit the game ,the game was different and cool with the jetpacks , not the call of duty warzone crap or whatever other game , they just manage to make the game worse , now you need to walk around the map and the base speed is not even faster it's same , whoever had this idea for the game should go and get a job and stop trying to make games .

Watchman is overpowered and unbeatable, Beau sucks, the bg music is too sharp, the new map is unnecessary, including 3 man squads is unnecessary if it will have a separate ranking. They are desperately trying to copy apex and now the game isn't unique. The whole game is going to shit.

@@Mope333 imo, they should have added a new death match map rather than br. Lampton is already difficult to fill up and adding a third makes it spread even more thin. Tinman industropolis is too basic and open but polar point is alright. A new death match map would be better rather than that map straight out of apex. It also feels forced seeing as it has a different aesthetic and style of loot box from the others. Character commentary is also missing though I am sure it will come back shortly because this has happened before in an update. They should have made it such that your br rank is your rank for all forms of br(2, 3, 4 players). This would have been immensely helpful because when you rank up in one, playing another form won't be a waste of time and it would be more interesting because you will be getting matched with those in your range. In this game, if you are an ace or legend in 4 man br and you go to 2 or 3 man, you will be gold or platinum and you will just play against bots or noobs so there will be no need seeing as it will be boring and still not boost your max rank. The background music is also too loud and sharp in contrast to the nice previous farlight tune. I know you can just reduce the volume but that doesn't change the fact that it sounds like a midnight club. As you said, new modes would have been nice too because treasure war and area conflict are trash. Things like capture the flag, search and destroy, maybe a new fresh idea would have been nice or even gun run if they wanted to copy apex. They should have also added a way to invite friends to play solo match without needing to create room. They should have also made it that if a character skin in an event draw is not gotten by the end of a season, it becomes available in the shop for a slightly higher price rather than just throwing it away because there are so many character skins I want but it's showing me not within event period. They should also have made gold useful because once you buy all the characters, gold is pretty much useless but it is the reward you get for everything which is pointless. Or maybe they should have made it possible to buy diamonds for a shit ton of gold. The only improvements made were to the events section. So much room for improvement but they rather chose to remove the identity of their game.
