I have not eaten grilled pineapple for ages and the combination with your signature toasted oats as well as the dreamiest, creamiest yoghurt (I am jealous!) must have been just divine! I went vegan after watching a few vegan documentaries out of curiosity (The Best Speech Ever on RUclips, Cowspiracy and Forks Over Knives on Netflix) but I was vegetarian most of my life before that. I've always loved cooking and food, I grew up with my parents cooking everything from scratch and when I went vegan I was living in Turkey where veganism is unheard of - I had to learn to cook literally everything from scratch but my love for cooking grew even more as I wanted to show how delicious and versatile vegan food can be, that you don't miss out on anything and that I can create all of my favourite foods still, just vegan versions of them :-) X

I have to remember never to watch your videos while sitting in bed at 11 o’clock at night. Everything you cooked looked so good, my stomach started growling. it was terrible. I did get interesting recipes so it was worth it.
