I’m sorry that you are too quick to judge. In some countries and/or states if your neighbours plant/tree over hangs in your yard you cannot cut and dispose off, you are to put cuttings back in their yard as it is there plant, if you dispose off they can take you to court for stealing. Which sound stupid but the plant is their property. Some people are funny that way.
You both always work so hard and your transformations are always perfect. But this yard is so ugly. Even after all that you did, it was still awful. Dead, spindly trees and badly planted grasses were a real challenge. Nothing could transform this yard into looking good. Maybe a real clean out! Your professional talents were wasted on this yard.
