MBBS 5.5 years - Last 1 year Internship Salary 23-28k/month (Suppose u got into MBBS after 1-3 years of preparation post plus 2 exam... then only the clock starts..!!!.)
Bond - 1 year - many states like Karnataka have mandatory 1 year post internship bond to serve in rural areas.
NEET PG/INICET Preparation (most people drop an year to prepare, without doing any job/housestaffship) - no salary for 1 year(if Non-Acad JR in state colleges, 44k/month, if from AIIMS 80k/month)
During MD/MS (3 years) - 45-55K for next 3 years if in state colleges, around 1L/month if in AIIMS/PGI(INIs)
SRship - similar to MD/MS salary with around 10-15k increment if in AIIMS/other INIs, 5k increment if u are in state colleges.
+/- Preparatory drop post-pg for 1 year
+/- bond (e.g. many states like West Bengal have mandatory rural bond for 3 years with 30 lakhs of penalty)
DM/MCh(3 years) - 55-65k/month if from state colleges or south indian govt medical colleges, 1.2 L/month in hand salary if from INIs.
+ Bond (upto 3 years with 3 Crore Penalty e.g. in West Bengal, or 2 years or 2 crore penalty e.g. in CMC Vellore)
After this, you are free to go and practice if u want to practice as superspecialist....
This is after considering that the person got into all exams within just 1 year of preparation!!! That is not that easy though!
If you choose to be an AP in govt colleges, state medical colleges will give 80k/month salary around including NPA, AIIMS will give 1.8L/month(plus allowances, Gross 2.2L/month, can't practice outside)... If u r joining as JC(Junior Consultant), salary might start from 1.2 to 2.5 Lakh/month in corporate with average of 10% increment every year. If you are lucky to get DM/MCh and join as associate consultant, your starting salary will be 2-2.5L/month to 3.5 Lakh per month based on your branch. Clinical Superspeciality branches will pay you more e.g. Cardiology, Critical Care Medicine. Radiology has a good starting remuneration as of now that too post MD.
If u r directly taking jobs via PSC, 80k-1 lakh/month for life in peripheral hospitals eg. Subdivision hospitals or District hospitals. This can be done immediately after MBBS too if one doesn't want to study further for other degrees...
Interventional Radiologists, DM Medical Oncology, DM Critical Care Medicine will have higher pay scale in corporate with Interventional Radiologist getting a whopping 6-8 L/month. But non clinical subjects would fetch you 1.2-1.5 L/month after MD.

Info kuch bhi mat do in govt bond after mbbs you are given salary of >70k per month (non taxable hein yeh).In residency pg in Maharashtra you are given 80k in first year itself whatever you earn in residency and in pg bond it is non taxable.So galat info mat do .
@@sahilsayyad-1466I think you are either mistaken or much junior to me or talking about a specific scenario. There is a difference between Stipend and Salary. Stipend is not taxable under Section 10(16) of IT Act as it is a kind of scholarship as per 2017 Karnataka Judgement. Different states have different salary/stipend amount. But for autonomous bodies like AIIMS, they give *salary* and that too much above the income tax bracket of 2.5 Lakh per annum. If you are a JR or SR at AIIMS, accounts section will send you monthly SALARY slip via mail which will contain TDS(Tax Deducted at Source). At the end of each financial year, you will get Form 16 from accounts section with which you have to file ITR. By this, you can either get some IT refund if you are not crossing taxable income or you have some 80c or 80 ccd benefits or else you may also have to pay extra tax if you have some other source of income too e.g. FD/LTCG/STCG. At AIIMS, they deduct TDS from SALARY each month because they know without them cutting your TDS, you won't file ITR to get some refund! It was the same during my JRship and SRship both.
Again saying, many states have different PG/Bond Stipend/Salary amount. If your employer/state/institute is not deducting TDS and not giving you Form 16 either, probably then it's a stipend or it is below taxable limit. But IF your STIPEND is above exemption limit, you SHOULD file ITR according to new Tax Regime rules(though you can get some deductions Chapter VI-A). Also, you may have other source of income like property rent/other interests which I mentioned above, for which you must not evade tax. In case of consultancy/professional charges for services you are giving, you may get some 194J benefits though.
I have not commented about salary/stipend paid in bond posting and their taxation rules! That is beyond my scope of discussion here which my CA can do better. I have given an approximation of current salary ranges with my past 21 years of experience in this field. Kindly go through my previous comment mindfully and then comment things like "galat info". If you have contacts, you can verify from them. And regarding after mbbs/pg bond income, read my previous comment's second last para where I have mentioned about PSC salary!
As I have done my UG from a state college, then rural PSC job for about a year, then both MD, SRship(Non-Academic) and DM from AIIMS and then consultant job in a corporate for 2.5 years before joining back as an AP in an INI few years back, I had the above-mentioned experiences. Kindly 'refrain' from using such comments. If you have some specific info to give to your juniors, you can help them by commenting in a good way. That will enrich the knowledge of all of us.

Sir your info about salary is totally wrong, please ask from doctor personally to know the actual value, I know my friend from Aiims Rishikesh and he completed mbbs in 2023 and according to him mbbs can get salary of 60k-100k (avg salary: 70k) per month even if he is from Aiims Delhi,

no, OBC, General mei 600 se kam mei mbbs mei kuch nhi milegs, it will be a lot better if you take BVsc. BVsc has more scope than mbbs and in some states the salary of mbbs graduate is less than Bvsc graduate like in Haryana ,UP, Punjab. I got 590 and im taking Bvsc, my brother also took Bvsc and he got package of 20 LPA in Haryana this year

Why these privileged peoples are only talking about money... becoming a doctor is not all about earning lakhs of money or studying for lots of years...its about treating the helpless patients who are only dependent on doctors...i want to tell this man that when you will ever suffer with some kind of health issue then will you go to a engineer or lawyer for your checkup ??.. secondly no one is telling you to become a doctor and fail and take drops all your life so don't blame mbbs, neet or anybody...you choosed your own path..so i would say that earning laks of money after becoming a doctor shouldn't be the first priority of an aspirant ...the first priority should always to be a good doctor and to treat all those helpless peoples..dont get influence by this youtubers.. talking shit
