For spot round they're asking for fees on the spot, n I've already paid fees for cap round clg seat, so if I get a seat in spot round how am I gonna pay the fees if it isn't refunded from the earlier cap clg

Haa Bhai pichle sal the khali because, jee mains me 75 percent criteria nahi tha , so bache cancel karke nit gaye the😢 ,but iss bar waisa nahi he. Jee ke jyada registration he cet se. Because of 75 per criteria.
