for question 9, why is it not perfectly inelastic demand that will result the most fall in price? If it is, why isn't the correct answer B?

Isn’t question 2 a bit subjective and political?

Deffo not A or B
C) Privatisation might increase productivity and it might/or not lead to an equitable outcome
D) WILL increase productivity and will improve equity
The question does not ask what is the best policy it asks which one will increase productivity and fairness

@@pablojp3498 free healthcare might not be productive tho bcs supply won't be able to keep up with the demand and the system will clearly suffer, as NHS is suffering
