Ur effort is appreciable my friend !!!
But research looks little hazey !
Because this model will not work in practical field in presence of sun light, the reason is ir sensors, which will be receiving ir rays from sun light too.
U can try this out in sun light.
In my suggestion, replacement of ir with quartz crystals is better idea..

Yes..in practical life we use ultrasonic sensor at the place of IR.. because in utrasonic senor range is high as compare to other sensor and also change the range from our requirements..

Bro ,the Hight anime is low then train so we put sent on up point other wise we put one condition in code is that if any object crossing till 5-6 sec to the sensor then it will work otherwise not work ..
