Yes, I still use 2-core sutures. The type of suturing depends on the type of therapy we are following. I do not follow early mobilisation for most of my patients.

Sir what’s you take on 2 core and 4 core sutures. Abroad ppl say 2 core is obsolete which is used mostly in India
