Two experienced chilli eaters take on a pair picked from the general public as they look to eat 10 Bhut Jolokia chillis which clock in on the Scoville scale at around 1,041,427 SHU.

Asian Guy the winner for me. Last man standing and the only one who didn't sip in milk. It should not only be about who swallows the chilli first, it's also about who stays the longest without sipping in milk to offset the reaction of chilli. That's the true strength of a person's ability to tolerate that much spice.

You may not know that the Asian had time to catch his breath, but the African, the speed with which he ate the pepper, was hot enough to destroy a planet.
But still it is "Fastest Time To Eat 10 Ghost Peppers" not "Longest Time To Tolerate Spice"
The Asian contestant was calm and virtually unfazed. He is a champion, in my opinion.

I eat one ghost chillie once as a dare. I was literally saying I might need an ambulance. It starts as a laugh and very quickly spirals into panic. Eating ten is dangerous.
