I am very glad that Candace and Ben can still work together. Both are highly intelligent, highly well spoken and very assertive. It shows great maturity and is a great example.

Wows a… Candace definitely looks like she is only there because of her contract. She looks super annoyed & uncomfortable

Sick of both sides
No, seriously. Can people just let the woman do her thing and not bring her up? Sick of both sides.
It is all so tiresome.

I love the fact that Michael is married his high school sweetheart. I married my high school sweetheart and we were married for 26 years. He passed away almost 9 years ago and I miss him terribly.
Yeah but Michael wasn’t with her the entire time. He knew her since they were kids and they dated for a little bit in high school and they broke up and eventually rekindled in their 20s again. Michael use to be a satan atheist devil worshipping pos that use to sleep with a bunch of girls. He literally has said this in a few podcasts before and shared this information before
God bless you dear ❤ That is beautiful even if he is now in Heaven.
The problem with tradcons is times have changed. Today, you can't marry your highschool sweetheart because she probably has more bodies than a 30 years old woman 20 years ago. Also religion isn't as strong as it was 10 years ago.
He is yes but they broke up after high-school and then got back together later on. He's said multiple times that he wasn't worthy to marry her, which I think means he slept around after the broke up
@@gbatista20That's not a problem with "Tradcons" that's a problem of modern culture.
Fascinating exposition of Jeremy's role. Through the opener Candace was clearly uncomfortably reserved, likely uncertain of her role with the boys, Shapiro specifically. Jeremy read the group, then adjusted the thread of the conversation to elevate Candace and let her know she has a place in the setting, and her role was desired. The boys "Swiftly" recognized the language and brought her into the conversation as an equal among giants. Meanwhile Matt played the wet-blanket foil, taking the burden of concern off Candace. Fascinating psychology played out.
Well said!
10/10
I think the akwardness is a result of the public spat Ben and Candace had on twitter. They've done a backstage before that she was in and Candace was never this silent in the intro.
Think she now realizes that the guys are tight, they worked their asses off to get DW where it is today and Ben is still the main money maker with clients lining up to advertise on his show. During all this infighting in Nov he had the stones to go into the lions den at Oxford Union UK - no armed security and idiots lined up to take him on and he went on from there to meet up with JP and other notables at London ARC02 Nov and when he walked on stage he got a standing ovation form 12000 attendees. Then he accompanied Elon Musk to Auschwitz and interviewed him - he is not someone she can take on and win, and she knows it.

There IS something wrong with Candace slamming the IDF...she has shown her true colors....and she needs to go work for MSNBC
That's not the issue with her actually. She's right in saying that. It's her remarks about Israel that got people turned off and lost her the support of Horowitz and co. who were big supporters previously. If Israel really was committing genocide then it wouldn't have given the Palestinians DAYS to evacuate and there wouldn't be a population explosion there in the last 2 decades.
@MichalBurke98 She isn't stupid. She knows what's going on.She does not like Israel. Or Jews. She chose the woke narrative.
I am embarrassed to say that I used to be a huge fan of hers. I am Jewish and Israeli. Everyone I know unfollowed her. I hope she loses all her supporters....the Muslim brotherhood will take her in.
@@MichalBurke98 Yup. Israel has to be the worst perpetrator of a genocide in history. Ever since it commenced this so-called genocide - the Palestinian population has sky-rocketed from around 1 million in 1960 to about 5 million today only in the West Bank and Gaza (millions more in other countries).
@@MichalBurke98 They told the Palestinians to flee to the south and now they are holding them in Rafah. Do you think these innocent civilians have anything to do with Hamas terrorists? Just like many Americans don’t like their government, lots of Palestinians don’t like Hamas.

I am a 24 year old father of three. When I married my wife I snapped out of my childhood immediately. All three of my kids are the foundation of my happiness, the relationship I have with my wife gives me that tight feeling in my chest. I think its a craving to be home with them. It's not always easy things happen, bills, kids get sick. I love them more then anything.
Your "happiness" is at the mercy of HER judgment of you as a father, a husband and a man altogether.
It's biologically proven that women are more prone to neuroticism/negative emotion than men, they're more prone to file for divorce and no it's not solely due to a man's infidelity or abuse. Because even when comparing married gay men and married lesbian couples, lesbian couples divorced more.
If it works for you, that's great and God bless. But understand you're an exception and exceptions don't disprove the rule.
Sir, you are a true man, which is wonderful. Thank you for your comment. My husband and I have been married 50+ years. We've been through the tough times you speak of with bills to pay, sickness.... We've learned to keep Jesus first in our lives...a 3-stranded cord is not easily broken. Great times far outweigh the challenging times. We are so thankful for our marriage and family life.
@@situzen185 I don't wanna make assumptions about your point. Are you saying you're not a true man until you get married?
@@TheOuttaPocketVarietyShow It's biologically proven that men are more violent but we can all recognize that telling women to avoid men and not get married in case their husband physically abuses them is overdramatic. Every relationship, whether it be with a spouse, children, parents, or friends, puts you at the "mercy" of the other person. That's the risk we take every single day when socializing because it's worth it to avoid being isolated. If you don't agree, that's fine, but pushing this narrative of doom and gloom is only going to increase the amount of people who truly suffer with loneliness.
@situzen185 Marriage does not make a man a man or true man. It isn't bad to be married, and none of the RP crowd encourage men not to marry.
In fact, they constantly talk about how great and ideal it is, which makes these tradcons look stupid and dishonest whenever they talk about it.
They simply say, in today's society, which is not very religious, is a very risky idea for men. Pearl in thia case, went to family court and listened to lawyers as well as doing tons of interviews... These tradcons have not done that.
The RP crowd are just honest, shaming men into marriage isn't working and less listen to these tradcons today.
Marriage only works when both the man and woman do there parts, and let’s be real marriage was created by God,it’s Biblical and unless you follow those Biblical steps the whole thing falls apart and 90% of the time it’s the man who gets completely screwed out of the deal and in ways young men see it and are terrified of going through what there dad or other men they saw suffer, financial ,division, being stripped from there purpose while the once wife becomes a pure evil succubus ,you can blame the man failed at leading but in these days there is so much reward in betraying husbands and taking uncle Sam’s allowance over being a submissive wife and adding that pure fruit to the family.

Marraige might be good for society as a whole, but divorce laws need to change if it is to be seen as feasable.
Oddly enough Men and women are living the lives each other want, and are unhappy because of it
Women have endless sexual opportunity but no stable person to provide for them and to keep them safe
Men have resources and all the security they will ever need but no one to share it with.
and the mistake these guys made (except ben honestly) was pointing out, its not men leaving women because men will stay in a great marriage and they will stay in a terrible marriage and thats partially due to the fact men only want a dutiful wife, however women want the PERFECT man.
Even if those shitty Laws "Do" by some miracle "Change", I already lost faith in Marriage and Relationships, nothing that friendship can't offer.
I'd rather have terrible marriage laws than todays crop of women.
You blue pillers don't understand, even if divorce laws change towards being more favourable to Men, it can always change back.
We don't lose if we don't play.
What's even more discouraging is that many men got married before the laws were so terrible, but they got screwed by those laws retroactively anyway. So, even if you had all of the laws changed, they would still have a high chance of coming back and screwing you later.

I don't know if they ever talked to each other privately to sort things out (i don't think so), but she has all the right to feel betrayed and hurt. One day you behave like a friend and the next day you're stabbing a knife behind your friend's back. Trying to include her in the conversation doesn't make him a saint and her a bitter woman. I am so glad Ben and Candace are talking to each other again. The idea that Candace would say something antisemitic is ridiculous, controversial yes, but her heart is in the right place, and Ben was hurt, like a lot of Jewish people were. Divide and conquer is what the looney left want. Those in the middle or center right need to stick together.
What did she say that was anti-Semitic?
I watched her saying that Israel is committing a genocide which I disagree, and also her saying that Israel segregates Arabs because Jerusalem has an "Arab quarter" which was laughable because in 5 minutes of research she could see that Jerusalem also has a Jewish quarter and a Christian quarter and those are just names of neighborhoods of the old town part of the city similar to how New York has Italian, black and Jewish neighborhoods, and everyone can go everywhere and there is no segregation at all so Candace saying that was completely insane...
But anyways, aside from her stupid takes, what did she say that was anti-Semitic?
She doesn’t ever come out and say anything like that. Her takes are so dumb that I think she is intentionally dense. I don’t say that about most pro-Palestinian ppl. Today she said pro-isreal people don’t want anyone to admit that Palestinians dying is sad. Complete straw man. Nobody I’ve ever heard has said it’s not sad. They blame Hamas. If these were American hostages (a few are) we would go get our people while trying to minimize civilian casualties but we would never just leave them there b/c the hostage takers hide behind civilians. It is. Matt Walsh's message is simple: shut up and suffer while Ben's is "go to church" when I believe that church attendance is on the decline. If these guys lost there money they would lose there wives . Average women don't want average men. And when they do get together she dont treat him well . Don't believe me ? Have you ever seen a women want a date a guy that works at McDonald's? But a man will . Marriage is dead in the US. Sorry
A good wife is a privilege, not a right, and a good husband is required to be her energetic match. No sane woman will open up her womb and give legacy to a guy who wants to do no more than the bare minimum, and hawking fast food like it's a career (unless you want a franchise or plan to work upwards toward regional management) is a definite bare minimum. Now, if you're working a fast food/minimum wage job to offset the cost of finishing college (STEM; no bs lib arts degree) and you have your goals, morals, and priorities in order, like-minded women will find you because EVERYONE is attracted to people who exude confidence and have their ish together. You're responsible for your own ambition, just like you're responsible for what you attract. Don't embolden 304's, then be disappointed when they act (and embarrass you) accordingly. Until you recognize/work on your own issues and get your life in order, you'll keep having the same problem, period.
My thoughts and ideas very much align with Matt Walsh and Candace. When Candace is talking about Taylor Swift she is exposing the nasty feminist women who are everywhere. She’s passionate about it because she is a mother. She speaks truth. Conservative women know, it’s been rough. Feminism is everywhere and they do not hate men. They hate good women. Who want to raise good families and support their men.

Yea, this title alone is fundamentally missing the point. Most people think marriage is good, men want the laws to change because men and children suffer most in the modern dynamic. It is heavily tilted towards women, Crowder is a GREAT example of exactly the issue, it doesnt matter if you follow the format to the T, divorce seems to be the inevitable conclusion. I am incredibly disappointed by DW's inability to properly address this. It is not anti-woman, it is anti-female privilege and marriage laws which undermine men's abilities to meaningfully do what marriage is supposed to do. It IS an ISSUE and the deafness to it is sad. Very ivory tower i suppose until it happens to one of them. Crowder wasnt close enough to home, Candace was even cheering it on and i like her, which is the point exactly. Men would get married if getting married meant exactly what it means, which is the other party cannot easily and unilaterally back out and destroy everything that was built up to that point. Listening to Knowles who i like the most is the playing semantic tricks to avoid the issue, Matt Walsh also, so naive. You have the power to leverage the laws and lobby the powers that be and instead they are saying just jump into the abyss. Shapiro is the most naive of all
Couldn't have said it any better
The problem is deeper than divorce laws. The fact that almost all divorces are initiated by women is just facet of a much broader topic. The real issue is that women respond based on their emotions, which leads to bad long term outcomes in all aspects of life and society. The real problem is the modern experiment of giving women rights.
@@ericjames7819 so women shouldn't have rights because of divorce rates? Be for real. The solution here is not to get married instead of taking rights away smh
@@roselaqueen3105 if you read my post it says women's behavior in divorce is one facet of the central problem. You can see the negative effects of women's emotional nature in all their choices. Political, economic, sexual, educational, etc.
I don't understand how Crowder was hurt by the law. He was clearly abusive, and I was a crowder fan. I'm with you on some of this but Crowder hurts your argument I think.
Also I don't know what women's rights are hurting marriages. Like, are women not allowed to leave? What laws are keeping men from fulfilling marriage? It seems the other option you're implying is that women should not legally be allowed to leave. Which is crazy. I'm married and have a great wife whom I don't abuse. If I did abuse, she should be able to leave. Maybe I am misunderstanding. It is youtube comments after all, hard to put a full thought in.

To be honest this is the worst time to marry with all the incentives for divorce. Also the fact many people can barely afford to eat with the inflation.
@@kiranvasishta9763 the incentives for divorce is an argument for a proper courtship where you evaluate a potential spouse on the merits of his/her character and not on how they make you feel below the belt. @@kyler9323 Agreed. You articulated it better than I did. I wanted to say the same thing.
But it is clear that under the present family court system and sexually liberated culture combo, it is not worth it for young men to marry.
But I don't see how the laws will be changed, since women and old men are majority voters. Women will never vote to make reform family court system.
Case in point: Look at the opposition to roe v wade and overwhelming support of women for abortions in the recent elections.
@@TheSledgehammer2024 Thank you. You perfectly described what I wanted to say about them.
@@kiranvasishta9763 I think we agree on the problems and perhaps agree on what the ideal solutions are. I think we disagree on the practical solutions in the short term. I agree that no-fault divorce isn't going anywhere, for example, in the short term. What I would say though is that even if divorce rates are high and the family courts are skewed against men that men still have a lot of control over their individual circumstances and because of that can enter into marriage without fear.
One way to avoid divorce and being screwed over in the family courts is to avoid marriage, true, another way is to be very selective about who you marry. Every man has a ton of control over that and there are lessons to learn from past courtship practices.
For example, my wife and I have been married for 10 years. Even though she could easily divorce me and take half of everything and all of our five kids, I don't actually lose any sleep at night thinking that is a realistic possibility because I did my homework before getting married and because we both have the same values. We both equally hate no-fault divorce and both equally hate the idea of our children missing one of their parents. We also both equally see and love the benefits of marriage and are in love with each other. Not the warm fuzzy sentimental love mind you, we are in worldly terms pretty incompatible with very little shared interests and quite divergent personalities. We serve each other and that is the attitude that will glue a marriage together.

For many of these women, going on the Whatever Podcast is the first time in their lives that their ideas were actually challenged.
Also, if it was young men going on that podcast and looking foolish, absolutely nobody would feel sorry for them. That is the problem, women are way too coddled in our society. Candace and Ann Coulter understand the negative impacts of the 19th.
As a woman, I think we think more emotionally than logically. Men are more equipt to be in politics than women therefor men are more equipt to vote for politicians than women. I think there should be one vote per married couple. That one vote can represent both the husband and the wife's opinions. It would incentivize people to marry somebody they share values with so they both feel they are represented in that one vote.
It was awesome to see you guys all back together. I really enjoy the original "old school" format of backstages. This one in particular had a lot of great advice. Why is no fault divorce a bad thing? I'm not American so I think I'm missing the crux of the issue.
@@just-a-generic-username Because a divorce is already entirely set up to be in her favor, or rather it's set up to favor the one making the most money, which is usually the man since men on average work about 5 hours more than women.
So, a man could work. One day randomly she tells him she's divorcing him and serves him papers. He is then ordered by courts to pay for the same style of living she is used to. He must pay child support, also. Family courts here are known to blatantly favor women as far as child custody, so unless she is legit certifiable and it can be proven, a man doesn't even get to fully enjoy his own children. With no fault divorce she can initiate all of that for virtually nothing truly done wrong. That isn't opinion, it's known fact statistically.
Now, if they even reset the system to give her nothing upon divorce, especially if it was for truly nothing, and split time with kids evenly, that would even be different, but as it stands she can lie through her teeth just to get in your wallet and rip your life in half. Its practically incentivized. So nah. I'm good for now. I'd rather let them die alone with their cats.
because women can divorce on a whim and ruin a guy's life. @@just-a-generic-username
@@rcbryant10 I see. How common is it for women not to work there? Because, at least where I live, if the woman is working and gets a divorce she isn't entitled to payments from the ex to maintain a lifestyle. It's only when the woman has been a stay at home mother and has no money or job to fall back on.
