All Internet Services are neutral when it comes to making money. All of them have to compete. If they started charging extra charges for services on the Net they did not create, they would be buried by competition. Cell phone services are rapidly doing away with charges for long distance within the US for that very reason. If your cable or phone connected ISP started charging extra, believe me, I would go into business with a public wifi and a satellite antenna to beat them MYSELF. That will eventually happen through the cell towers, anyway, IF THE FCC WILL GET OUT OF THE WAY.

I also do not want any part of the internet if we have to start paying to use services on the internet. The cable companies hate You Tube. The cable companies will want to bill us for everything we watch on the internet which also means that You Tube will not be able to provide the music, documentaries, unbiased news and so much more that we all have enjoyed over the years because the cable companies only care about money and they will use censor to control over what we will be able to view. Facebook will also suffer the consequences of the repeal of Net Neutrality, instead of a free download, everyone will have to buy access to it in a package with Facebook and You Tube. Groups have become the backbone for Facebook, once these companies are under the control of the cable companies This is going to majorly affect all music groups, crime groups, etc.
Not everyone will have the same access to all these sites. The cable companies are going to charge every one of us for using these services.

All regs should be removed aside from LLU, which was blocked in 2015 by the FCC. Now, at least there's the possibility of the startup ISP to lease the lines of an ILEC.
The biggest problem I see here is that we are all terrorfied in HOW MUCH we have to pay for better service. Will we pay hourly based? Daily? Will we just pay monthly to a service provider go better content? Will we not even notice a price up and only Low end websites will see a drop in quality?
The biggest upside to this is that there will be a decrease in Pirated movie sites as amateur companies that set up these sites won’t be willing to pay for better internet for their viewers compared to Netflix.
Another way on how this could be dealt is like how service providers (especially in my country) give the customers different plans with different prices on what fits them best for internet broadband and phone bundles. There could be an option to choose an internet/phone plan that with $3.90 you can double your internet speed like how my company I work at offers $9.90 for triple local data usage.
It does look like a scam especially if you are used to getting it for free, but so far I have seen NOTHING on how much we pay for better content and how drastic it is.

Keep up the good work. One of the biggest issues in america right now is Net Neutrality. Please keep the Net Neutral so the poor and schools systems can afford the internet. This could cost consumers billions of dollars in fees and place complete control of the internet into the hands of corporations like Comcast, Verizon, and AT&T. More comp for the big companies to face each other but at the same time there would only be like 1 or 2 big company's for something like social media and they'll have their own strengths/weaknesses so they won't really try to outdo the other big companys. Keep in mind today we have access to more than one source. We are able to form our own opinions with multiple sources of information but with internet providers having the ability of blocking off certain sites or slowing them down we don't have that same privilege.

Since it is no longer a federal law the states themselves could make laws for Net Neutrality. What sites do we go to?
As a high school student how are many children going to be able to do their work? If its going to cost you to use google or any website for that fact how are our children going to be able to flourish in school and have the right tools for development. Personally everything at my school is through google docs, turnitin, noodletools etc.. and i know so many parents are not in a financial state to afford to pay for web access. My opinions might not factual, and a voice of a "child" doesn't matter, but I do feel as if our government is wrongfully playing the freedom citizens have in america that i learn about everyday. These news outlets should've talked about Net Neutrality waaaaaay before now instead of acting like they care after the fact.
