I've coached at a lot of levels. I happen to be coaching little league now because my son is 10. There's an awful lot of wisdom in this and I appreciate you for sharing it. Coaching and playing baseball is a gift we ought not take for granted. It's not about us, it's not about the banners we accumulate and its not about what plays best on tv. It's always about the game, the greatest game, and we owe it our very best.
