I am SO happy that you guys got to become parents 💜I’ve watched you both for about 4 years now and it’s amazing to see how you have grown and created life! You’re one of the many who deserve all of the happiness in the world.
ProTip, preheat your skillet in the oven so the dough begins cooking immediately. Same technique for cornbread, biscuits, etc. A cast iron skillet is a great tool! *FYI, with Hurricane Delta getting ready to hit the Western Louisiana coast yet again, please feature "Cajun Navy" to help out. Down home organization of volunteers, who travel all over on their own dollar to rescue and help people.
Prayers. We were hit by Hurricane Sally and it was so scary. Some of the people that have lived here all of their lives are saying that in ways it was worse than Hurricane Fredrick.
When it came time for my kids to start eating table food I just fed them what we were eating. I wanted them to get used to eating what we did and it worked out great.
I agree- my first 2 I did baby food and separate food from us and they were/are terrible eaters. My 3rd I didn’t even do baby food - just gave her our food and she is an excellent eater. My oldest has gotten better but my son is is still terrible about food. That is one thing I would go back and change if I could.
Thank you for spot lighting Down Syndrome 💙💛. My daughter is 24 years old and has Down Syndrome. We have done the Buddy Walks for many years. She is also a bit of an expert on Disney we have been going every other years since she was 5. She knows all of the songs in their movies . My son says don't play Disney trivia with her you will loose lol 😆
Please continue to rate different masks. It’s much appreciated. Try to freeze some of the drinks before you pack, and as you go through the day, the drinks will thaw slowly during the day. As an annual pass mom to 2 toddlers, it was the best way to pack. Freeze yogurt, fruit, and other items, too. They’ll be perfect later! 👍🏻
Jackson is at an age where you can introduce non bland food. I mean don’t give him hot sauce right off the bat but he can have big people seasoned food. So anything you eat let him try. Again not hot sauce (also not honey till over 12 months) but you don’t have to make him ‘special’ food all the time.
If you are taking water bottles, freeze them before putting them in the cooler. You can freeze the bottles different amounts so they melt faster or slower through the day.
Once he’s on full size food, just feed him what you’re eating! You can make it more bland if you want, but the sooner you get him into the same stuff you eat, life gets way easier!
I agree! That's what my mum did with all 3 of us kids. We would eat whatever she did, which always had some sort of vegetables! Its cheaper than buying separate meals and also got us used to more food!
Reading the comment and I just want to add my two cents about Cajun Navy. When we were flooded by Hurricane Harvey they saved many lives here in Texas. They came on their own with boats of all kind. They are truly god sent.
trust me there isn't any issue with cooking on a glass top stove with cast iron as most southerners know. my grandma had the 1st glass top stove made by the local Tappan factory in the early 1970s and used it everyday for as long as each stive she had lasted. my mom and I both have glasstop and use cast iron all the time!! enjoy it!!
Love the mask minute(s) with Tim & Jenn.......and the rest of the vlog. I really enjoy watching & listening to you both chatting about whatever is going on in your day 😍
We get meals for our 8 month old from a subscription called Raised Real. Its whole foods, not pureed. Its plant based so we sometimes add a meat on our own. They are great, lots of great combinations and new flavors. My daughters favorite is black beans, red pepper, cumin, avacado oil and cilantro. Definitely worth checking out!
Just feed Jackson from your plate - after you make the food from the meal subscription, steal a little from your plate to make him a small bowl. If he gets used to all the flavors, he'll probably grow to be a kid that eats anything vs if you make him specialized meals, he'll grow to expect it.
Skillet Pizza pro tip... Once the dough is spread out in the skillet, heat the skillet on the stove while you dress it with the sauce, toppings and cheese. Let it cook for 5 minutes or so before placing it in the oven for the recommended time. It gives the bottom of the pizza a nice crisp while still being softish in the middle. Best of luck! P.S- Jackson is adorbs!
I'd recommend having a family meal and serving him whatever you're eating. Get him used to eating whatever the fam is eating, just cut it appropriately for his age.
Yeah maybe just get a third serving of martha and marley spoon and don’t add too much salt until the end? I know that in some families babies start eating what the family eats at like nine or ten months
My son is 7 months old and loves broccoli! But to each their own. I find eating family meals with the baby helps us all eat healthier because since the baby can't have to much sodium.
From Jackson's age we were giving our children roughly chopped meals from the food we had made for dinner. For lunch it was chunky organic baby food HIPP. or finger food such as soft fruit or small peices of meat/cheese. Our health visitor reccomended that we gave the children a spoon to hold too if we were feeding them ourselves so they get used to holding utensils in their hands.
I said this on the last video and I’ll say it again. The Disney mask is THE MOST COMFORTABLE mask I’ve tried. I can wear it for 5 hours and not mess with it a single time.
We always have trouble with coolers not working! This summer, we were told by several of our friends to pre chill our cooler and it will make all the difference.
Jackson is seriously the cutest! Home vlogs are my favourite blogs from you guys now. Thank you for continuing to post new videos. Watching from Nova Scotia. 😊
There is. It is called little spoons. my kids gets them whenever I am tired or we are so busy with dance practices. It is organic and it is so awesome.
I agree with Tim, if I need to get something done, it has to be done in the morning. Once I get home from work, I'm totally useless and same way with the weekend. I get up at 0530 everyday and I have to get everything done by 12 Noon or it'll have to wait for another day.
To the cooler question. Freeze a couple water bottles completely. I’m a postal worker and use a cooler every day. And have cold water all 9 hours because I freeze bottles of water. It works better than you expect. Also works better than cooler packs.
When we go out somewhere and need a cooler, I have a lunchbox from packit it has freezer packs in the actual sides of it. So you put the whole lunchbox in the frezzer. When my kids use it for school they stay frozen all day. When we go to the zoo I'll put sandwiches, fruit, snacks etc... in it and I just throw it in my backpack (our kids are 7&9 so no stroller) it is the perfect size, ours is about the size of a 6 pack of soda. They have smaller ones or larger ones. They are also very affordable. You guys are the best, thank you for what you do ❤
Are you guys planning on any live shows soon? My kids loved them during quarantine! We are back to school now, but would love a live on a weekend! Love you guys!!
Jackson is just too gorgeous, what a fantastic smile he has! You are both such wonderful parents , love watching your vlogs ! Thankyou and stay safe x x
On the mask situation I have found the Vera Bradley fitted mask to be my favorite. Not the pleated mask. Also you can purchase the nose bands that you can sew on the outside of the mask on amazon.
That Jackson! Oh my goodness! 💛 My hubby and I have the Under Armour masks, they’re our favorite. We live in Canada and they are perfect for our climate. 💛💛💛
Everytime we visit Pigeon Forge, I go to The Lodge outlet on Teaster Rd and buy a piece for my collection. I love my glazed dutch oven from there. Your food looks great!
Tim make a trip to Publix..Packaged pepperoni/ can of Repack crushed tomatoes..pack of parmesan cheese..and get a Boboli pizza crust to keep in your pantry...Always good to have extras....
Love the candy discussion! My older son sold gum at school last year! He kept coming home with quarters🤔. My younger son LOVES warheads! He did a 4th grade science fair project a couple of years ago about acids and what makes things taste sour. He actually let people sample tiny bits of malic acid- one of the things used to make candy taste sour. All of the kids laughed when the principal tried it and his face puckered. Fun memory!
For the cooler situation freeze all but one of the water bottles. the water bottles will act as packs as well as stay cool throughout the day and melt for you to drink. Then you can eliminate several or all of your ice packs.
Igloo coolers!! we always keep one in trunk on a beach trip, we use the small and larger size with the swivel lid. They now have cool Disney prints! Go check em out!! toss a few ice packs in they keep cold all day!
Skin-on steamed chicken is actually really good. I put a steam basket in my rice cooker and let the steam from the rice cooking cook the chicken on top, and any juices that leak out ends up flavouring the rice. The chicken itself comes out very juicy and moist as well. I like rubbing sesame oil into the chicken before cooking as well as it adds such a great flavour to the chicken. :)
A tip for you pour about a cup of white distilled vinegar into the washer. It's a natural softener and gets rid of any odors as well. The vineger smell doesn't linger either.
Maybe try an electric pressure cooker to cook Jackson's food. Get one with a stainless steel pot because a lot of pots have chemical coatings that are not the healthiest. They are so convenient because you can cook things really fast and the pots go in the dishwasher. Instantpots are great but they have less expensive models. There's an Insignia on sale at Best Buy.
Tim and Jenn, Best park travel cooler is from Coleman> i bought it here in Canada and it was $30 CDN It keeps my frozen water bottles I bring to keep our food cold truely ALL day. We are there at the parks from 8:00am and the ice is still frozen at 9:00 pm somewhat. It folds down to fit in our luggage and would fit great under your strolller. Perfect travel cooler ever!!
I'm so glad I am catching up on videos today cause this pizza is our Marley Spoon meal for dinner and seeing you make it reminded me I need to defrost the dough!! Looks so yummy and I can't wait to try it 🖤
About that Under Armour mask- my son wears it while playing hockey. It’s great for athletes because it doesn’t get wet and stick to your face. I love the ear loops too. It’s comfy. But even on the ice it can get hot.
I went to elementary school in the Tampa area and kids would sell and trade candy, pencils and gum. Warheads were definitely a gem to come by and they charged a lot!
I didn’t think so, but then my baby bro’s first word was “more.” He was the fastest eater I’ve ever seen. My kids were slower, but just saying I’ve seen very fast baby eating.
When i do the cast iron pizza i cook it on the stove top first with the toppings on until the bottom is lightly brown, then into a 425 oven top rack for 12-15 minutes. Then the crush bottom is crusty/crispy, and the middle chewy.
Tim, the Rtic day cooler is like a 6 can cooler & is $24. I had bought a small 6 can bag that was costco brand & put a yeti or rtic ice pack & did nice job as well. Have a great day!
When we go to the parks I will freeze small bottles of juice and put them at the bottom of the cooler. I have found that even towards the end of the day there’s still a little bit of frozen juice in the bottles. Throughout the day I’ll take one out to thaw so that my grandson can have a drink of juice without paying Disney prices.
My little dude was a book ripper too! Thankfully most of the destruction was done to thrice handed down books from his cousins. But yeah, just loved tearing the flaps out of books. Jackson is adorable!
I bought a Rubbermaid 20 quart cooler for when I used to do Uber. It works well, we only drove for about 7 hours and there was still ice in it at the end. We always kept ice cold water bottles for passengers if they needed it. We are in Orlando too.
Pizza looked really good. Love my Lodge cast iron pans. If you like cast iron, try the Lodge Dutch Oven. Very inexpensive and lasts forever. Makes great roast chicken and roast beef, beef stew, etc. I’m a retired elementary teacher. Just so you know, those are called Board Books - very durable for little ones. You can usually pick up tons of them for little cost at Half Price Books or similar bookstores. My teacher heart loves to see y’all reading together! ❤️
Pizza in the skillet is awesome! One tip I have is to preheat the oven to 400ish degrees with the skillet in it to make it nice and hot then put the crust and olive oil in 😊😊
I have gotten myself a tie back mask off of Etsy and I find it to be very comfy and it doesn’t slide off my face if anything very little! It’s pretty great if you guys ever think of getting more tie backs are very comfy
I am SO happy that you guys got to become parents 💜I’ve watched you both for about 4 years now and it’s amazing to see how you have grown and created life! You’re one of the many who deserve all of the happiness in the world.

oh yes, this! Always preheat that cast iron!
Prayers. We were hit by Hurricane Sally and it was so scary. Some of the people that have lived here all of their lives are saying that in ways it was worse than Hurricane Fredrick.
Cajun Navy is awesome. We live in Central Louisiana. Be safe out there.
YES!!!! The same way you would heat up a pizza stone. Put the cast iron in there while it pre heats
How do u season a skillet like that bc my mom n grandma would always say that but idk how ?
As a retired 1st grade teacher, it warms my heart so much to see Jackson love his books!
When it came time for my kids to start eating table food I just fed them what we were eating. I wanted them to get used to eating what we did and it worked out great.
Yes! People who make their kids separate food end up with kids who only eat "kid's food."
Maybe they don't want him to have all the spices/salts and stuff yet?
I agree- my first 2 I did baby food and separate food from us and they were/are terrible eaters. My 3rd I didn’t even do baby food - just gave her our food and she is an excellent eater. My oldest has gotten better but my son is is still terrible about food. That is one thing I would go back and change if I could.
Jackson’s just one of the cutest, sweetest babies. Makes me smile every time. 🥰

That's what I did from pretty early with all 3 of mine.
Agree. I didn’t and I totally regret it bc my 9 and 6 yr old rarely eat what we eat, even now.
Reading the comment and I just want to add my two cents about Cajun Navy. When we were flooded by Hurricane Harvey they saved many lives here in Texas. They came on their own with boats of all kind. They are truly god sent.
Jackson is SO cute!!! I can’t get over it. He gets cuter by the day.
Your home vlogs make us feel warm and welcoming into your home, virtually that is😉 plz do more!
trust me there isn't any issue with cooking on a glass top stove with cast iron as most southerners know. my grandma had the 1st glass top stove made by the local Tappan factory in the early 1970s and used it everyday for as long as each stive she had lasted. my mom and I both have glasstop and use cast iron all the time!! enjoy it!!
I'm always amazed about how fast Tim feeds Jackson. Lol
Jackson looked like he's so satisfied with having made you guys stop singing Home vlog 😂
@@TONY-dq1pk then dont watch? There are thousands of other videos on RUclips to watch instead of calling them boring.
Antonio Perez don't watch them then?.....
Antonio Perez I promote you to watch a video teaching you to use they’re.
He is satisfied that you don’t have sing 🎵 home vlog
Love the mask minute(s) with Tim & Jenn.......and the rest of the vlog. I really enjoy watching & listening to you both chatting about whatever is going on in your day 😍
I’m just so happy for you guys, I love seeing how happy Jackson makes you both. You’re amazing parents ❤️

Definitely worth checking out!
Tim and Jenn lovely home blog Jackson is growing up thanks guys enjoy your week 😉😉😉
You two are great parents. Jackson is such a cutie. Love you 3.
Ozark trail coolers, you can get them from Walmart, are a more affordable version of the yeti coolers. We haven’t ever had a problem with them!
This! I saw 3rd party testing that showed they held up well against the Yeti.
Just feed Jackson from your plate - after you make the food from the meal subscription, steal a little from your plate to make him a small bowl. If he gets used to all the flavors, he'll probably grow to be a kid that eats anything vs if you make him specialized meals, he'll grow to expect it.

Yeah maybe just get a third serving of martha and marley spoon and don’t add too much salt until the end? I know that in some families babies start eating what the family eats at like nine or ten months
He shouldn’t be having too much of certain things yet. Like he couldn’t have the pizza and the cheese on the broccoli is too much for baby’s stomachs.
Chicken & salmon & veggies like they’ve been doing is actually really good for babies Jackson’s age.
My son is 7 months old and loves broccoli! But to each their own. I find eating family meals with the baby helps us all eat healthier because since the baby can't have to much sodium.

“Finger pockets” 😂😂😂
"Now That's What I Call Pizza Vol 1" is a terrific reference. Every time you have worthy pizza, up the number.
Jackson reminds me of the adorable Gerber baby
I thought the same thing! He is so sweet and cute!
Antonio Perez ?
Those flap books are the best! We have one called Little Green Frog that my almost three year old still loves! And they really hold up well.
I said this on the last video and I’ll say it again. The Disney mask is THE MOST COMFORTABLE mask I’ve tried. I can wear it for 5 hours and not mess with it a single time.
Thanks for sharing! Love seeing Jackson reading books, such a great start 👍 📚
We always have trouble with coolers not working! This summer, we were told by several of our friends to pre chill our cooler and it will make all the difference.

Vlogs**
“Who wants to poop? Not me!” I thought I heard Jen say that off camera. 😂 😂
There is. It is called little spoons. my kids gets them whenever I am tired or we are so busy with dance practices. It is organic and it is so awesome.
I was that kid in school that sold stuff. Fresh cookies, "gold" watches, various candy/snacks, ripped out pages of Playboy magazines. xD
Jackson is precious!! You two are wonderful parents! No wonder he is such a happy baby!!
I loved sixlets as a kid! They were hard to find and when you did it was such a treat.
Thank yu Trackers...another beautiful home vlog...luv lil Jackson...adorable...
When Jackson was first born he was Jens twin but as he gets older the more I think he's starting to resemble Tim. Such a little CUTIE BUG!! ♡♡♡
To me he looks like a good mix of Tim's dad (from older vlogs) and Jenn. lol. He looks like Jenn from the front and Tim-esque from the sides.
What a joy to feed your darling Jackson! He is an amazing eater. I’ve lost track of how old he is. I hate mushrooms too Tim!
I agree with Tim, if I need to get something done, it has to be done in the morning. Once I get home from work, I'm totally useless and same way with the weekend. I get up at 0530 everyday and I have to get everything done by 12 Noon or it'll have to wait for another day.

Laura Jones i have one too and love it!
Are you guys planning on any live shows soon? My kids loved them during quarantine! We are back to school now, but would love a live on a weekend! Love you guys!!
Who else loves home vlogs?
I do!
I can’t believe how big Jackson is! Hard to believe that he’s gonna be one next month!
Love watching your videos. Really enjoy watching Jackson grow.
Jackson is just too gorgeous, what a fantastic smile he has! You are both such wonderful parents , love watching your vlogs ! Thankyou and stay safe x x
I'm so used to your home vlogs now that I really missed them! Glad to have one today :)
Oh also would love to hear about the new fabric Disney masks when you try them! Was looking into getting some
I love the Engel Cooler. They also have "Soft Cooler" like Backpacks.
Watching this and eating carrots, sweet potatoes and roast. Jackson and I are eating the same meal, orange stuff with a little beef😉
Igloo coolers!! we always keep one in trunk on a beach trip, we use the small and larger size with the swivel lid. They now have cool Disney prints! Go check em out!! toss a few ice packs in they keep cold all day!
Cast iron pizza tip: oil pan and heat up like 500 degrees add dough to hot pan and par bake dough before adding toppings
JENN'S BATHROOM JOKE WAS HILARIOUS!
thanks for the update, jenn! definitely craving pizza now! 😍
Thanks Tim and Jenn!! This was so perfect!!
We need a lot more Trackers in this world😍 you are such kind genuine people with beautiful souls🥰
Hi Jen, you didn’t say anything about the Vera Bradley masks. Love your vlogs. Hi from Mexico City
Patricia Salinas I thought that too!
4:13 um... Tim, could you shovel that food in any faster? :) LOL
I know right
Thank you SO much for sharing your thoughts on these masks!!! I really appreciate your feedback!
That is so funny! I also sold Warheads to my classmates in Jr. High School. I concentrated on the older "hot" warheads more so than the sour ones!
We’ve been using Little Spoon meal delivery for our toddler! They have Plated meals now! Super easy to have on hand! All fresh and yummy!
Yes!! I have been missing the home vlogs!
We have some of those pop out books for our kids, they are great books! Hope jackson keeps enjoying the books!!! 😁😁📚📚
Love the home vlogs! Kids totally still sell things at school- gum, candy, etc. Well... pre-Covid they did.
I went to elementary school in the Tampa area and kids would sell and trade candy, pencils and gum. Warheads were definitely a gem to come by and they charged a lot!
Yay home vlog!!
I like the camera setup for the cooking!! Great job!!!
Jackson is just the cutest!
You will LOVE the skillet!! Very versatile!
Slow down with the feeding lol, let him breathe first lol
That's exactly what I was thinking!
I didn’t think so, but then my baby bro’s first word was “more.” He was the fastest eater I’ve ever seen. My kids were slower, but just saying I’ve seen very fast baby eating.
He's not even going fast Jackson has swolloed each spoonful way before he goes in for a second
I enjoy the park & staycation vlogs, but I have been loving home vlogs. I watched some backlist ones because I was missing them.
When i do the cast iron pizza i cook it on the stove top first with the toppings on until the bottom is lightly brown, then into a 425 oven top rack for 12-15 minutes. Then the crush bottom is crusty/crispy, and the middle chewy.
I love the PackIt coolers for my kids’ lunches. I think they would work great for you! The whole packit goes in the freezer so no ice packs!!!
Love The Lodge brand of cookware! Jackson is so stinkin cute!
I’ll have to try this. I got hooked on making pizza on the grill this summer. Gives it a nice wood fire taste.
My little dude was a book ripper too! Thankfully most of the destruction was done to thrice handed down books from his cousins. But yeah, just loved tearing the flaps out of books. Jackson is adorable!
I have seen advertisements for "Nurture Life", which is a meal box for kids of different ages, since Tim mentioned the idea!
One tip I have is to preheat the oven to 400ish degrees with the skillet in it to make it nice and hot then put the crust and olive oil in 😊😊
I love Jen’s Mickey ears hair tie!
I have gotten myself a tie back mask off of Etsy and I find it to be very comfy and it doesn’t slide off my face if anything very little! It’s pretty great if you guys ever think of getting more tie backs are very comfy
